846 A Wonder
Now, they all had to go through make-up lessons, and in a few days, they’d have new test papers. Just thinking of all the mock test papers piling up on her desk was enough to make her groan. Qin Jing was tempted to just slap herself right in the face.
Lin Xin and Meng Yang also felt a great sense of regret.
At this point, none of them were in the mood to talk.
On the other hand, Yao Tang was so focused on driving that she didn’t seem to notice the emotions they were going through.
Cheng Yan glanced over at Yao Tang. He knew that she didn’t have the time to talk to him, so he quickly glanced over at Qin Rui behind him.
Immediately understanding his boss’s gaze, he glanced over at the three frowning students beside him. “Do the three of you have anywhere else you want to go? We’ll be heading back soon, so we might as well make the most of this visit.”
As soon as he said this, Qin Jing’s eyes lit up.
That’s right. Even if they had a lot of test papers they needed to get to, they still had so much time on their hands. They could still make the most out of what little break they had.
“That’s right. Otherwise, once I return to the Qin Family, they definitely wouldn’t let me go!”
Qin Jing jumped from her seat.
“Why don’t we explore the National Park? There’s plenty of sights there.”
“Yeah!” Lin Xin nodded excitedly, clapping her hands together. “Why don’t we go there?”
“What do you think?”
When she found out that the Park was located in Beijing, she regretted that she hadn’t been able to go much earlier. Now, she certainly didn’t expect that she had the same chance today. And she certainly wasn’t going to waste it!
Her grin was wide.
If she really had the chance to head over there, she’d be able to die happily.
“It’s not too far from the City. We can go there first before you drop us off,” Lin Xin suggested, taking out her phone and turning on her navigation app. “I’ll lead the way.”
“Fine.” Yao Tang didn’t have any objections as she drove forward.
Cheng Yan smiled. It seemed that he’d spend even more time with Yao Tang. Wherever they’d like to go, he’d follow them there. Any time with her was time that he’d take appreciatively.
Lin Xin quickly tapped around, searching for the Park’s location.
“So, just straight?”
“No, no! Turn left here!” To ensure that they were going in the right direction, Lin Xin inadvertently squeezed her head between Yao Tang and Cheng Yan’s shoulders, pointing at the different roads. “Then you go right here!”
The smile on his face fell completely.
What the hell was this?
Was she blind?
Seeing that he couldn’t say anything, he could only sulk and turn his head to the side, pretending to look at the scenery.
While navigating, Lin Xin suddenly had a thought. She quickly turned to her friend. “Hey, Sister Tang, you remember the Straight A student who had transferred here? He insisted on studying in Class 20—I heard that he’s still communicating with the School Board about this.”
“Is this the person who had entered our room the last time?”
“Yeah!” Lin Xin nodded. “I heard he’s here for Sister Tang.”
Lin Xin really admired her friend. Who would’ve thought that just one class would inspire the person to learn after her? She really was amazing.
Her friend really had a way with words.
“Who is this person?”
Yao Tang furrowed her eyebrows.
So many things had happened, and she couldn’t remember him.
Seeing Yao Tang’s furrowed eyebrows, Lin Xin suddenly felt that she had spoken too much. It seemed that whatever the boy felt was unrequited.
However, this was also a good thing. At least, Sister Tang wasn’t distracted.
Forget it!
“Hey, Xinxin,” Qin Jing started. “Where are we going again? What’s so fun about the place?”
“What’s so fun?”
Lin Xin immediately took out her phone and showed her a picture. The photograph was quite strange. Under the blue sky, a dense forest appeared all around the photographer. And at the top…
At the sky, Qin Jing could see the sun and moon appearing at the same time. It was a wonder!
