The car drove away just as Xia Xin helped Lu Zhixun up.
“Change what?!” Lu Zhixun shouted back angrily, “We live so far away from here. It was hard to come. We didn’t even get to view this place and now we have to go back?!”
As the cars drove away, Lu Zhixun poured her fury onto Xia Xin.
“Then…” Xia Xin’s voice weakened, “Can you still walk around like this?”
Lu Zhixun looked at her and cursed. She then glanced around and saw that nobody was around, so she said, “Let’s try it. After all, it’s barren here. Not a lot of people will be here.”
“Then how come Qiao Qing and them were here?” Xia Xin asked in response.
Lu Zhixun, “…”
If it weren’t for the fact that there was an assistant here, she would’ve slapped Xia Xin in the face. The girl kept on making her feel bad.
Xia Xin didn’t know what Lu Zhixun was thinking so she asked again, “Could it be that she’s doing the same thing as you? She’s here to inspect the land for the construction project?”
Since the timing was far too coincidental, she couldn’t help but think of that.
“How’s that possible?” Lu Zhixun shouted, “If she knows how to design, why would Leng Yan come and find me?”
“That’s true,” Xia Xin agreed and nodded. “So do you still want her as your assistant? Based on her attitude, she doesn’t seem to want to.”
“Of course! I’m negotiating with Leng Yan. He’s Qiao Qing’s friend. As long as he agrees, Qiao Qing can’t say no. We basically need to wait and see if he is going to butt heads with the government officials or if he’s going to ask his friend for a favor.”
Coldness flashed across Lu Zhixun’s eyes as she spoke.
Before, she simply hated Xu Pingting and she wanted to make a name for herself before going home.

When Xia Xin saw the curl in Lu Zhixun’s lips, she shuddered.

Lu Zhixun nodded and started to walk with Xia Xin.
Qiao Qing and Qi Yusen didn’t think twice about Lu Zhixun. Jun Yexuan also rushed to find a qualifying architect.
After Lu Zhixun and Xia Xin inspected the construction area, they went back to their hotel.
Back at the hotel, Xia Xin looked over to Lu Zhixun and carefully asked, “Zhixun, did you get a rush of inspiration after going there?”
Lu Zhixun mumbled as she walked to the washroom, “A bit.”
Xia Xin instantly complimented, “Zhixun, you are so great! You got inspired after looking at the place!”
Lu Zhixun’s lips curled up.
After she showered and changed, Lu Zhixun started to busy herself in front of her computer.
At night, while Xia Xin played with her phone and she asked Lu Zhixun, who was still at her computer, “Zhixun, what should we eat tonight?”
Lu Zhixun stopped clicking her mouse and was about to speak when someone knocked.
So she ordered Xia Xin, “Go open up.”
“Huh? Who would come here at this hour? Is it the cleaning lady?” Xia Xin put down her cellphone and went to the door.
The moment she opened the door, she froze. She stared at the middle-aged man and asked, “You are…?”
Fang Chengshi smiled at Xia Xin, “Does Ms. Lu Zhixun live here?”
He then handed her a card, “Here’s my business card.”
