The man in glasses asked with a smile, “Principal, did you decide which student to offer admission to?”
The man didn’t give an accurate answer, instead, asked a question, “You read over all the files. Who do you think is the most suitable?”
The man in glasses thought about it and muttered, “Out of all the students worth mentioning, there is Ye Fan from the City of Brisk High School, Su Qi from Eighth High School, as well as Si Yu from Nanying High. They are all top students who maintained their number one spot throughout the years.”
“Based on the grades on the city wide exams, they all performed similarly. But, of course, Ye Fan’s Go skills are better than the other two. So, I recommend Ye Fan. However, at the end of the day, it’s your call.”
The man smiled and tapped his finger against the armrest of his chair. On the Go Competition sign up sheet, he circled Qiao Qing’s name with a red pen, “What do you think of this kid?”
The UCC’s admission office compile students’ information from all three years of high school and rank them based on cumulative performance. Qiao Qing wasn’t supposed to even be on the list.
But because she stood out so much for the all-round exam, the admission office took that into consideration and added her to the bottom of the list of potentials.
The man in glasses shook his head, “I noticed that kid. If I’m correct, she was the one who went up last just now.”
“Her Go skill is exceptional. If her grades have been good, it’s not unacceptable that we admit her.”
“But, she only has one good grade on her entire record. Honestly, her performance until that one exam were painful to the eye. If we pick her, I don’t think we can justify that decision to anyone.”
The man smiled and shook his head. There was a look in his eyes that the man in glasses couldn’t comprehend.

On her way home, Qiao Qing remembered something. She took out her phone from her pocket and dialed a number.
“Lang Yin, send some people to guard the Qiao Manor. No reporters are allowed anywhere within a 10km radius.”
She remembered her father’s teachings and she knew she needed to protect this city’s honor. But, she didn’t want anyone to disturb her peace.
After she hung up, she saw a man standing on the side of the street, as if waiting for her.
She originally ignored him, but the man blocked her way with his arm.
Jiang Yi gawked at Qiao Qing’s cold but beautiful face and couldn’t help but feel his heart pinch, “Qiao Qing, were you the one who figured out the Exquisite Unrivalled Positioning?”

“You still haven’t remembered who I am?!” Jiang Yi had completely lost it and grabbed onto her shoulders.

Qiao Qing’s eyes turned cold. Before she did anything, the pressure against her shoulders were gone.

Jiang Yi covered his chest and looked up, “I’ve seen you a couple of times. Who are you? Aren’t you the one who ordered a group of people to hit me last time?!”
“So what if I am, so what if I’m not? You want to avenge yourself?” Mu Jinghang continued, “I’m kind, I don’t kill. You are lucky it’s me you ran into. If it was my third brother, you wouldn’t even be alive right now.”
“Third brother?” Jiang Yi mumbled curiously. Then, he remembered that seductive looking man who basically came and went as a package deal with Mu Jinghang.
He immediately turned furious, “Why do you keep troubling me again and again? Did I do something to offend you?!”
