Hearing Lu Jinhai, elder Lu gave out a sigh of relief as he was caught off guard by his wife.
“Let’s go inside or this old man would keep both of you standing here the whole night.” Saying grandma Zhao Shuang turned to lead the way for newlyweds, not sparing a glance to her husband who was frowning to hear what his wife called him, an old man.
Just as the couple reached other family members, they all welcomed them cheerfully. Talking and teasing each other, they moved to go inside, just then Jiang Yuyan stopped to see someone and a wide smile painted on her lips.
Jiang Yang was standing with Lu Feng and Lu Lijun, whom she couldn’t see earlier because he was standing behind all the family members and she went closer, they all surrounded her.
“Brother!” she exclaimed.
Stepping towards her, he hugged her and said, “I thought to be a part of my sister’s happiness for a while.”
“I am glad that you are here. Thanks for coming.” Saying, she hugged him back.
“You should say this to Lu Feng as he dragged me here,” Jiang Yang said looking at Lu Feng who avoided looking at him.
Jiang Yuyan looked at Lu Feng and smiled as saying thank you and Lu Feng smiled back.
Lu Lijun went to her and said, “Welcome to the family, Mrs. Lu Qiang.”
Everyone smiled the way Lu Lijun called her and smiling Jiang Yuyan replied, “Thank you, fourth young master Lu.”
Suddenly, the elder Lu asked, “Don’t you think you should call her sister-in-law, now?”
“I already told her and elder brother that I won’t call her that. I will always call her Yuyan, as elder brother calls her the same and she is my friend first,” Lu Lijun replied.
“It’s fine, Lu Lijun. You can call me what you like,” Jiang Yuyan said patting his head and messing his hair with her fingers.
Setting his messed hair back, Lu Lijun asked with his one eyebrow raised in a question, “Really?”
Jiang Yuyan nodded, “Hmm!”
“My sister asked for trouble,” Jiang Yang said in a low voice that only Lu Feng and Lu Qiang could hear and both the Lu brothers agreed in sync. “Seems like it.”
These three could see the mischief behind Lu Lijun’s normal looking eyes and knew that he was going to pull Jiang Yuyan’s leg again.
“Okay! Then, from now on I will call you a little birdie. It suits you the most.”
“Cough- Cough!” She didn’t know what to say in front of the whole family but gave a killer gaze to her brother who was the reason for this.
“Let me hide, man. Seems like my sister will kill me soon,” Jiang Yang said, moving behind Lu Feng after getting killer instincts from his sister.
Lu Feng stepped aside to let him expose to his sister and said, “You deserve it.”
Other family members laughed to see this as usual teasing between these two but Ning Jiahui didn’t want to take it lightly though it was just for fun. After all, Jiang Yuyan was the daughter-in-law of the Lu Family and the wife of the most powerful person. Though that person was her son, she wanted everyone to respect his wife and her daughter-in-law.
“Enough, Lu Lijun. You can’t call her like this. She is your elder brother’s wife,” Ning Jiahui said.
“I was just pulling her leg, mother. Even though she looks like what I called her earlier, I will always call her by her name in front of everyone. Rest assured.”
Hearing it, Jiang Yuyan gave out a sigh of relief and Lu Lijun gave her a smile as she and others ignored his last words- ‘in front of everyone’.
They moved to go inside the mansion. Lu Qiang joined Lu Feng and said, “Thank you” while walking along with him. Lu Qiang was happy to see Jiang Yuyan happy by seeing her brother.
“You don’t need to,” Lu Feng said.
Jiang Yuyan was walking with her brother. Looking around and making sure no one can hear him, Jiang Yang whispered to his sister, “Actually I am here to get an update on our plan.”
Smiling, Jiang Yuyan replied, “It worked really well.”
“Wooo! Glad to know it. So, my sister can finally melt an iceberg.”
“It’s not that difficult,” she replied.
“That means you are being pro now. Let’s go to the shop, again to buy a few more interesting things.”
“Cough! No need.”
When everyone was walking inside, Lu Jinhai went to join his father who was walking slowly behind everyone.
Clearing his throat, Lu Jinhai started walking along with his father and he looked like he was expecting something from him.
Seeing his son, walking with unusual pride, elder Lu asked, “What?”
“You have yet to say thank you to me, father,” Lu Jinhai replied.
“Thank you? For what?”
“For, giving you a chance to get out of claws of a mother.” Lu Jinhai was referring to when he called his father at the right time when grandma Zhao Shuang was exposing him.
“Hmm! You are my son and it’s your duty to be a filial son and help your father. What’s there to thank you for?” Saying, elder Lu gave him a cold glare.
“Cough! My apology father.” Lu Jinhai didn’t argue much.
After spending time together with the whole family and saying good night, everyone went to their rooms as it was late. Jiang Yang was asked to stay in the Lu mansion instead of going back so late. As usual, he was ready to trouble his darling.
Lu Qiang and Jiang Yuyan went to the second floor. Holding her hand Lu Qiang took her towards his room. On the way, Jiang Yuyan looked at her previous room and said, “I will miss my room.”
“You won’t as I will not give you free time to think about anything else but me.” Saying Lu Qiang lifted her in his arms.
“I can walk,” she said being startled with this sudden move.
Stopping outside of the door of his room, carrying her in his arms, Lu Qiang said, “When you came to stay here in the Lu Mansion, I always thought to take you to my room like this.”
“Your intentions were like this since the start. What a pervert!”
Chuckling, he said, “For you, always.” Saying he took her inside the room.

For mass release alert.
Yet we are not in the top 10 at a stable position. The mass release would be there on Sunday if we are at the top 10 for the whole week and not just for a day. also, when it would be continued like that.
Every Monday there is a reset of votes and it starts from a zero. even if you see the novel at the top 1 position on Monday, don’t get excited. The actual result you get to know after two to three days.
As I promised, I will give a mass release so rest assured. But it would be there when I will see the rank is stable because writing ten chapters is not a joke and I would have to take at least two to three days off from my work. It is worth only if the rank is stable.
