A thousand frontliners dropped dead in just the blink of an eye. A couple more attacks like that, and their frontline was sure to collapse.

She pulled out her dagger and to parry Candlelight Shadow’s sword at the same time she thrust the Wind Severing Sword through his stomach. She was about to execute a Knockback Slash when Candlelight Shadow smirked and said, “Too bad, Beauty Lin! You guessed wrong!”
He cast Shattering Sword and Shield, the skill that couldn’t be parried or blocked!

Lin Yixin desperately tried to put some distance between herself and Candlelight Shadow as her dagger was knocked out of the way. Candlelight Shadow’s blade was less than 10 cm away from her chest, and if contact was made no one in the world could save her life.
Lin Yixin gritted her teeth and bent backward as much as she could. While doing so, she kicked Candlelight Shadow’s stomach with all her might!

However, Candlelight Shadow caught the hilt of my sword in the blink of an eye and shoved us both toward the ground!

Inside the pit, I stomped the ground and executed War Crush, causing Candlelight Shadow to lose a sizable chunk of HP. He hurriedly downed a health potion because he was afraid that I would kill him with the Xuanyuan Art.
Gui Guzi abruptly descended from the sky and slashed Candlelight Shadow’s back with the Ghostblade Halberd. However, the Martial God seemed to be prepared for this. The Dragon Tooth Arm suddenly shone brightly, and a giant axe manifested itself into existence. It was his SSS Rank Ancient Divine Skill, Pangu’s Axe!

The battle swung wildly in our favor after Xu Yang, Du Thirteen and more arrived with 100k+ elite reinforcements, not to mention Purple Marquis’s 200k Snowy Cathaya elites. Their 70k Dragon Punisher Archers especially put on a great showing by countering Warsky Alliance’s Gold Cavalry almost perfectly under Nangong Lexi’s leadership. Warsky could only gawk at the scene in disbelief.
Meanwhile, Little Piglet’s Dark Mercenaries and Purgatory Mad Dragon’s main guild had been teleported into the exclusive battlefield to fight out a massive 100k versus 100k battle after 60 minutes had passed. This was his chance to wipe out Purgatory Mad Dragon’s main guild once and for all!

But other than that, it’s perfectly consistent with Candlelight Shadow. He doesn’t care he loses, he looks for a way to make this into a positive.
