Tong Yan watched her eagerly trying to beat him up with an adorable attempt of frustration,”I’ll say, can’t you fix this little habit of yours? Stop beating people up at every chance you get.”
“A-as long as you don’t say stuff like that, I wouldn’t need to do so anymore!”
“So it’s that easy for you to become embarrassed?”
Xu Xinduo stepped on Tong Yan’s foot before she turned around to go back to her room.
Tong Yan quickly hugged her from behind, allowing Xu Xinduo to try and writhe herself from his grip that never loosened. Then, she heard Tong Yan whisper, “Sorry, I was too dumb to never have found out about it before. It was hard to have a secret crush, wasn’t it? I only experienced this for such a short amount of time and I already feel like I’m helplessly falling. It’s my turn now though— I’m very happy, because my other half is you.”
“Let go of me!”
“Okay,” Tong Yan let go obediently and Xu Xinduo quickly ran back to the room.
Tong Yan didn’t do anything about the footprint stamped over his shoe as he looked at it. In fact, he found it rather cute as he stupidly grinned while walking back.
He just needed to wait for eleven months.
After the winter camp was over, Xu Xinduo started to work officially.
Her working schedule was quite full and most of her early works were not highly paid. After all, Xu Xinduo was a newcomer— she had no popularity and desperately needed job opportunities to hone herself and improve her work experience.

Throughout the years, the concept of Xiao Qing Xing became a really hot trend. Thanks to the overwhelming reactions of the public, many innocent-looking models gained popularity exponentially. They wore school uniforms and plastered sweet and natural smiles on their faces. After marketing the pictures, they received a lot of attention from the public, which caused the models to soar in the ranks of popularity.
Individual models have successfully transformed themselves into entertainers, where some of them even had the opportunity to be casted in dramas and TV series.
Star Entertainment arranged for Xu Xinduo to follow the same route. However, Xu Xinduo was not interested in acting and will only continue to be a model.
Xu Xinduo was very different from the currently popular girls. She had a beautifully sculpted face that made her appear cool and intimidating. Her natural supermodel-like aura also kept people away from her.
Her temperament was cold too, making her very ‘A’ and very handsome.

After seeing Xu Xinduo, the team in the company did not choose for her to imitate the fresh beauty of the currently trending women’s styles. Her first batch of photos were styled in men’s clothing.
This concept was also decided due to Xu Xinduo being secretly photographed when she wore Tong Yan’s school uniform to school.
When she first came to the company, Brother Zhang wanted photos of her, preferably a full-length one. Xu Xinduo sent a few pictures that Lou Xu had taken for her but she also added the photo of her dressed in the boy’s school uniform from the forum— that was how her style for the first batch of photos came to be.
