Lu Li waved Master of Fairy Fox away. The former exchanged eye contact with Patriarch of Law Enforcement. Both were curious, worried and exhilarated all at the same time.
This was the body of an immortal, of which there was no doubt. Wherever this immortal was from, he could be giving Lu Li a gift. Immortals possessed horrifying powers. Even an avatar of the God of Wings could defeat all the powerful warriors of the mortal world. If Lu Li had not had the blood of the Slayer, he would have been murdered already.

Both Lu Li and Patriarch of Law Enforcement sensed the presence of that headless body. They were enveloped by a surge of horrifying and chilling energy. Like two lambs faced with a giant tiger, neither of them could move. Their hair stood on its roots, and they began to tremble unconsciously.

Lu Li did not want to linger on anymore. He stopped checking with psychic power. Patriarch of Law Enforcement came back to his senses, and they started their way back up promptly.
As soon as they came out, Patriarch of Law Enforcement shouted, pale-faced, “Activate the Inhibition Formation now!”
Ke Mang did so. Patriarch of Law Enforcement and Lu Li looked at each other. The former said with trepidation, “That is definitely an immortal’s body. It is so threatening. You are right. He is 10 times stronger than the Dragon Demon.”

After Ke Mang activated the Inhibition Formation, Lu Li flew toward the palace. Patriarch of Law Enforcement secretly wiped the cold sweat off his forehead and flew back.

Master of Fairy Fox explained and added her own deduction, “Based on the information I got, it is possible that the headless body has always been there and was only discovered after three hundred thousand years. Or… that headless body appeared three hundred thousand years ago, and the Path of Rising Dragons and Pond of Dragons came into being because of that immortal’s body.”
Lu Li and Patriarch of Law Enforcement agreed on her second explanation. Still, how could the body’s heart still beat after being here for three hundred thousand years? That body was freakishly strong.

This was bothersome. Lu Li planned to bring some paleo-beasts back with him. Now, he had to go to the Purgatory of Primordial Chaos first where many Beasts of Primordial Chaos were at. It could be problematic, and the trip could be more time-consuming.
Of course, given Lu Li and Patriarch of Law Enforcement’s abilities, the Beasts of Primordial Chaos were not to be afraid of. The only problem they had was wasting a lot of time.
