They believed that as long as they could hide their tracks, they could kill or capture one or two silver dragons, after which, they would return as fast as possible. Alarming the Paleo-beast Realm might be okay, so long as the beasts would not lay siege to them.
Both had strong psychic power and they could find the most suitable path along the way. Like two sly foxes, the two pressed forward with agility. They were not particularly fast. Even so, by traveling day and night with no rest in one month at most, they could arrive at the territory of the Nine-clawed Silver Dragon, provided that everything went well.
Where they were at was the southwest of the Paleo-beast Continent, and the Nine-clawed Silver Dragons were at the northwest. The Paleo-beast Continent was large. Still, the distance between the two locations was not long. After all, both Lu Li and Patriarch of Law Enforcement’s speed had reached the Earth Immortal Realm.

Lu Li went to the inner hall where Ke Mang was at. Zi Ji was in the outer hall. Lu Li noticed with psychic power that Zi Ji was sitting in a corner but he did not say anything to her. He greeted Ke Mang and then sat down to cultivate.
Cultivating was fast in the inner hall of the Wicked Bead. The studying process could be twice as fast. Lu Li had become proficient in studying the line diagram. He had run into no bottlenecks and could move on smoothly.
Time flew by fast. Patriarch of Law Enforcement had a smooth journey. It had been six days and Patriarch of Law Enforcement could not even remember how many miles he had covered.
Along the way were some weak Xuan Beasts and some advanced ones. If there were more powerful ones, Patriarch of Law Enforcement would take a detour. But if it were weak animals or Xuan Beasts of the first or second rank, he would not avoid them on purpose. Those were the ones that had no intelligence and it was fine even if they had seen him.
During this time, Patriarch of Law Enforcement saw some stone caves where the paleo-beasts resided in. He found many such groups and clans. One of the great mountains housed tens of thousands of such beasts.

In Lu Li’s eyes was coldness. That passageway was well-hidden, and the opening was small. The average beasts could not go in, given their sizes. As for the weak and small beasts, they should not be able to ruin Ke Mang’s Inhibition Formations.
He asked at once, “How is the strength of the Inhibition Formations you built? Can average Xuan Beasts ruin them?”
“No!”
Ke Mang solemnly answered, “Altogether, I have built four Inhibition Formations. One of them is a Formation of Illusion, and this one can be cracked fairly easily. Two are stronger. Only Beast Kings and above can bring them down by force. But I did build a much concealed small Inhibition Formation which could not be destroyed easily unless that cave we went in from was blasted open. Now… all four have been ruined.”
“Oh no.”

“Then have you met any beasts fighting each other?” Lu Li asked another question.
“No!”
Patriarch of Law Enforcement shook his head, “The Paleo-beast Realm has been quiet. There were some weak Xuan Beasts in fights, but no powerful beast flocks are in battle.”
“Then something has gone wrong!”
Lu Li was stressed. He had a premonition in his heart. The entrance could be ruined by the beasts. Lu Li had lost his way out.
“Zi Ji, come out!”
Lu Li teleported Zi Ji out from the Wicked Bead and told her what had happened to the passageway. Then, he questioned her, “Do you think the entrance has been ruined?”
Zi Ji thought for a while. “Unfortunately, the entrance should be discovered by the Blood Apes. It is very likely that the entrance has been destroyed!”
“Very likely?”
Even though Lu Li had similar assumptions, Zi Ji’s answer did turn him pale instantly.
