Chapter 668: Drastic Change

Hu Lang’s axe was knocked away. He had no more weapon to defend himself so he had to fly away quickly. In the process, he was struck by Recluse Solar Dragon accidentally and was smashed away.
Having gone past two Beast Kings’ territories and been smashed away by the blue sea lion, Hu Lang’s injuries grew worse. His speed and reaction were impeded. On the other hand, Recluse Solar Dragon had sustained no injury. Lu Li snorted, fearlessly. Pointing to Recluse Solar Dragon, Lu Li yelled, “Blue sea lion, freeze him!”
“Roar~”
From the mouth of the blue sea lion came a stream of blue air. The cold current travelled fast and froze Recluse Solar Dragon in no time.
“Rising Dragon!”
Lu Li yelled. On his back was a silver glare and in his eyes were hovering silver dragons. A huge silver dragon phantom emerged from behind him. It hovered up and whooshed into the sky. Soon, it vanished.
“Ah?”
The scene scared the wits out of Zhao Moyang. This move once ended the life of Li Yang. Later on in the underground palace, Lu Li did the same but that was a bluff. That being said, Zhao Moyang could clearly feel that he was under the impact of strong power and in the depth of his soul came the sense of fatal danger.
This was the real move, not the bluff.
“Swish, swish~”
From above Zhao Moyang, the space was torn open. A huge silver beast claw emerged and it grabbed at Zhao Moyang. The qi and energy spreading out from the claw gave Zhao Moyang the sense that this was a real dragon claw, a claw of a Beast God.
“Hoy!”
In that critical moment, Zhao Moyang poured Xuan Energy into his shield with his utmost effort and raised it up hire, trying to defend himself against this fatal blow.
“Crack!”
The huge silver beast claw pressed down, crushing the shield in an instant. Next, Zhao Moyang’s body was pounded as well. The claw pushed on and when it slapped against the water, the horrifying strength caved the water in, creating a large vortex…
“Blue sea lion, tear him apart!”
After this move, Lu Li felt exhausted. He collapsed on the head of the blue sea lion. Sweat ran down on his back like raindrops. He had just recovered some control and now he looked bleached again.

In the eyes of the blue sea lion, there was still terror. The blue sea lion was frightened by the silver dragon Lu Li just released. The blue sea lion could feel the real might of a Beast God contained in the silver dragon. It was not just an illusion.
The blue sea lion wouldn’t disobey Lu Li again. To the blue sea lion, Lu Li was no longer a mere human being. Instead, he was a human-shaped dragon, a God of all beasts.
The blue sea lion dashed on, roaring. It waved its claws, smashing at the head of Recluse Solar Dragon who was still frozen.

When the blue sea lion was about to reach him, the ice cracked. Recluse Solar Dragon rushed out. But the huge claw was about to get to him, he had no other choice but to raise the rod above his head to soften the blow.
“Bang!”
Like a kite without its string, Recluse Solar Dragon fell and was smashed into the water. Soon, he rushed out. He didn’t attack this time. Rather, he began to flee as quickly as he could.
Zhao Moyang was killed. Recluse Solar Dragon knew he had lost, defeated. He would be pounded and become the food for the blue sea lion if he stayed.

Lu Li waved to Hu Lang who was having a hard time to keep pace. But Hu Lang was having second thoughts. This was a Beast King, after all. Would it allow him to stand on its head?
After a moment of thoughts, Hu Lang decided to trust Lu Li. Hu Lang flew up and stood next to Lu Li. Sensing what Hu Lang was doing, the blue sea lion turned over and gazed into him coldly. Hu Lang felt terrified.
“You sinful bastard!”
Lu Li snorted. Once again, the qi and energy from him made the blue sea lion purr. It turned its head away. Hu Lang was delighted and found a place to stand next to Lu Li. Hu Lang was as happy as a child and couldn’t stop grinning.
Recluse Solar Dragon was fast while the blue sea lion was not particularly fast. It could keep up with Recluse Solar Dragon after a fashion. Therefore, there was always a distance of a couple of miles between the two sides.
Lu Li was in no hurry. He took two healing pellets and sat down with his legs crossed to tend to his wounds. Looking at Hu Lang who was feeling too good of himself standing on the head of the blue sea lion, Lu Li sighed and said, “Try to look after your wounds now. What if there is an ambush?”
Hu Lang scratched his head, feeling a bit embarrassed. He also took two healing pellets and sat down like Lu Li did. Hu Lang was not faster than the blue sea lion and he couldn’t catch up with Recluse Solar Dragon even with his best effort.
This was the Sea of Silence, a place abounded with Beast Kings. Where could Recluse Solar Dragon run to? Once stopped by even one Beast King, Recluse Solar Dragon would see no chance to escape death.
It turned out to be just the case…
