Lou Shi’er patted Lu Li’s shoulder and whispered to him, “It takes all sorts to make a world. Brother Lu, do not mind him. With us around, nobody can hurt you.”
Lu Li nodded in gratitude. What Lou Shi’er and Holy Princess did just now left a good impression on Lu Li. He said after some thoughts, “Don’t be frustrated. I have some confidence that we can get past this level. But I need time.”

They had heard from their predecessors that after the third level of illusions, there would be a portal directly connected outside. Of course, they could keep on exploring if they wanted to. There were another seven or eight levels and every two levels, there would be a portal sending them outside.

Lou Shi’er and Holy Princess paused for only a second. They took out countless materials from their rings and piled them on the ground.
Holy Princess said generously, “Young Master Lu, take whatever you need. Well… you can take all of them.”
Lou Shi’er was just as generous. “Take them all. I will give all of them to you as a gift. Don’t worry if they are of use or not.”
“There is no such need!”
Lu Li then told Blood Fairy to have her tentacles reach out from Lu Li’s foot and into the two piles of materials.
“Master, this is helpful to me!”
A moment later, Lu Li heard Blood Fairy’s voice of joy on his mind. He was cheered up. He used psychic power to check the pile of materials in front of Lou Shi’er and noticed a dark blue crystal the size of a human bead.
“Are you sure that this is useful? Anything else?” Lu Li asked at once.
“This one!”
Blood Fairy replied with certainty, “I feel that if I consume the energy in this crystal, I will be strengthened. Master, please get it for me!”
“Alright!”
Lu Li was pleased. He walked over and took out the dark blue crystal. “Guys put the other materials away. This is the only thing that works. Young Master Lou, what is it?”
“Crystal of Icy Soul!”
Lou Shi’er said, frowning, “This kind of stone is mainly used for enhancing formations. It is rare but compared with the other materials, it is nothing. Why is your spirit being interested in the Crystal of Icy Soul?”

Lu Li clasped his hands in gratitude and said to Holy Princess, “Please stay here with your fellow disciples. I will have to cultivate for some time, maybe half a year or a year, or up to three or five years. But I will solve the formation. I cannot make any promises, but I will do my best.”
