The obvious answer was no. Lu Li sensed fatal danger and something fishy from this abnormal situation.

For no reason at all should he use the Cloaking Armor. Otherwise, he might be bitten to ashes by the God Biters.
Lu Li did not understand soul attacks and neither did the Deaf Taoist. No Stone Golem stood a chance. Should he fly his way up in the Wicked Bead?
Lu Li believed the solution could not be this simple. However, it was an option nonetheless. He decided to give it a go. He backed up for several miles and entered the Wicked Bead along with the Deaf Taoist and the immortal’s body.
In there, he did not act on impulse. He began to make Stone Golems. They were not useful, but they did turn out to be able to buy some time.
While making Stone Golems, Lu Li checked the path. He was relieved that no God Biters were flying over.
In an hour, Lu Li made a couple hundred Stone Golems. He decided it was time to move. He flew the Wicked Bead slowly along the path forward.
All the God Biters had vanished. As Lu Li moved closer, he began to feel quite nervous.
Two miles, one mile, half a mile!
“Buzzing~”
Lu Li sent out over a hundred Stone Golems and made them dash up the path.
“Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh~”
The over one hundred Stone Golems ran forward wildly as fast as they could. Lu Li followed them in the Wicked Bead. He tried to sneak his way up by hiding among the Stone Golems.
“Buzzing, buzzing, buzzing~”
As the Stone Golems were running, it was as if they had poked a hornet’s nest. Countless God Biters swarmed out from both sides. The dense mass of God Biters surrounded the Stone Golems.
“No, run—”
Lu Li sensed dozens of God Biters were flying toward the Wicked Bead, and they had encircled it. The Wicked Bead kept glowing, and its energy was running out at an alarming rate.
Lu Li checked. The God Biters were ferocious. If he stayed and let them bite on the Wicked Bead, in the time for a few incense sticks to burn, energy could be depleted and the Wicked Bead would be reduced to dust!
“Buzzing, buzzing, buzzing~”
Lu Li set free all the other Stone Golems and flew the Wicked Bead backward. Fortunately, attracted by the Stone Golems, the Wicked Bead broke free. Lu Li let the Wicked Bead roll around on the ground and got rid of all the God Biters clinging to the Wicked Bead.
“Whoosh~”
Lu Li flew the Wicked Bead back in the speed of lightning. He sent out more Stone Golems along the way to distract the God Biters. He finally was able to breathe in relief after he reached the foot of the mountain and double confirmed that the God Biters did not come after him.
“Phew…”
Lu Li breathed heavily. The Deaf Taoist knew that this option was not feasible now. Rubbing his forehead, he said, “Lord, the Tomb of King Luna is such a freaky place. How can we possibly get past this level? How about we just cultivate here for a thousand years?”
Lu Li briefed the Deaf Taoist about the Tomb of King Luna. For the Deaf Taoist, one thousand years were nothing. Creatures from the Region of Doom generally had a life expectancy of hundreds of thousands of years. He did not want to take the risk because when Lu Li passed away, there was no chance of survival for him either.
“A thousand years…”
Lu Li forced a smile. It was not one year or 10 years. He could have endured it if it were merely a couple of years or even 10 years.
But it was one thousand years. For Lu Li, that was too long. How could he cultivate there for a thousand years in loneliness? He believed he would lose his mind.
The God Biters were countless and too aggressive. When they bit through his Relic armor, they would start biting his flesh.
Once he used the Cloaking Armor, Lu Li would have exhausted all his options. When the armor was bitten into pieces, the God Biters would begin to gnaw his flesh.
“Blood Fairy, do you have any ideas?”
Lu Li asked, but did not put too much hope on her since Blood Fairy had been quiet. He just thought he might just as well throw out this random question.
“Yes, they do!”
What surprised Lu Li was that Blood Fairy provided an affirmative answer. Lu Li blinked, wondering if he was hearing things.
Blood Fairy continued, “Actually, it is not me, but… the immortal’s body!”
“The immortal’s body?”
Lu Li frowned but a glint of hope rose in his eyes. “Are you saying that the immortal’s body can fend off the God Biters?”
“I believe so!”
Blood Fairy replied, “Master, you may have underestimated the immortal’s body. As far as I can tell, the God Biters cannot hurt him, not even his scales!”
“Of course not…”
Lu Li found it hard to believe. Emperor Zi once did say that his body was the strongest under the Third Plane of the Divinity. However, Lu Li had personally experienced the power of the God Biters. How strong was the Wicked Bead? Yet still, its energy ran out like flowing water.
“Master, you can go and have a try!”
Blood Fairy was confident. “According to my understanding of the immortal’s body, you will absolutely be fine.”
“Alright!”
Though still having doubts, Lu Li believed that as long as the immortal’s body could flee quickly when needed, he would not be wounded.
Lu Li quickly built Stone Golems. With hundreds of them, the immortal’s body could have more time and the strikes landed on him would be reduced in force.
An hour later, Lu Li made over three hundred Stone Golems. He flew over in the Wicked Bead and stopped at where the God Biters would appear.
“Blood Fairy, come on out. Later, I will let the Stone Golems lead the way so follow them. But do not go too fast. If you cannot stand the God Biters, come back right away. Do you understand?”
Lu Li instructed and when Blood Fairy gave her answer, he set free over a hundred Stone Golems and slowly moved his way in.
“Whoosh~”
The immortal’s body hid in the crowd of Stone Golems. One thousand feet into the path, the God Biters began to swarm out from the stone cracks on both sides, and they were gnawing the Stone Golems.
Lu Li held his breath, keeping his psychic power on the immortal’s body hidden amongst the Stone Golems. He saw dozens of God Biters flying toward the immortal’s body and began to bite.
“Alright!”
Lu Li trembled out of excitement because the God Biters could not hurt the immortal’s body, not even his scales.
The immortal’s body stood there quietly. His golden scales reflected a faint light. The immortal’s body stood straight on the path, like an invincible warlord.
“Master, it is working!”
Lu Li heard Blood Fairy’s voice just in time. She was certain. “This body… is freakishly strong. He cannot be harmed! Master, you can have the immortal’s body grab the Wicked Bead and go across the mountain path directly!”
