Lu Li had to admit that, as a man, he did admire God of Wing’s looks and gracefulness regardless of the fact that she was his enemy. However, on account of what happened to Zi Lian, the feud between him and God of Wings could not be erased.
God of Wings finally stopped laughing. “Lu Li, I have heard of Venerable Heaven Reverse. He is the Chief of Swords Sect, a mighty warrior in the Divinity. Are you trying to insult me? Do you think you can have Venerable Heaven Reverse kill me after I send you to the Swords Mountain?”
“Then you tell me what to do.”
Lu Li threw the question back to God of Wings. “I want to stay alive. I can give you the Wicked Bead but how can you guarantee my safety?”
“You can stay alive.”
God of Wings stroke her hair. Her green hair rippled like water, quite fascinating. “Become my slave and serve me for 10 years. I will take an almighty oath that I will send you away in safety after 10 years. Fair, isn’t it? You should know that an almighty oath is the most serious of all. Anyone one that breaches such an oath will be killed for sure.”
“Slave?”
Lu Li sneered. He rejected at once, “This cannot be done. You can kill me, but I can make the Wicked Bead explode. You are welcome to try me!”
“Explode?”
God of Wings was smiling from ear to ear. She shrugged. “Then make the Wicked Bead explode. You are still insulting my intelligence. The Wicked Bead cannot be set off. I understand the Wicked Bead better than you.”
Lu Li sighed. God of Wings was smart. That being said, his intention was just to buy some time. So he said to God of Wings thoughtlessly, “Change it. I cannot agree to be your slave.”
Some silent moments later, God of Wings said, “I can send you to a city. Violence is strictly forbidden in cities. We are still within the control of Vicissitude House. I can give you some Divine Sources, so you can reside in a city. But you have to tell me the ways to study the Slayer’s move and also the Wicked Bead.”
“The Slayer’s move?”
Lu Li curled his lips. How ambitious God of Wings was!
Sending him to a city? Lu Li asked, “I have killed a prefecture warrior of Vicissitude House, and I don’t have the right to citizenship. How can I go into a city? I will be killed even if I can have one, right?”

“Then come into the Beast of the Void. Your bead is so slow.”
God of Wings said. Lu Li was hesitating. He tried to refuse, “I’d like to fly over by myself. Who can tell if you are up to something?”
“Hmm!”
God of Wings sneered. Coldness covered her pretty face. She said coldly, “It is not up to you!”
“Swish, swish~”
God of Wings suddenly reached out her hand. She generated a hand shadow that grabbed the Wicked Bead and pulled it back.
Lu Li tried to wiggle the Wicked Bead free, but he couldn’t control it. The Wicked Bead was being pulled to God of Wings and then hurled into the mouth of the Beast of the Void.
“Buzzing~”
After a flash of light, the Wicked Bead emerged in a small hall inside the Beast of the Void. God of Wings came in and said, “Lu Li, do not fool me. The Beast of the Void lit up as it dashed out. God of Wings put one of her hands on the Wicked Bead. As a green glare emerged, she began to take control of the Wicked Bead.
