Releasing a sigh, she continued, “I was not innocent before, but she has driven me to the point of no return. I wouldn’t be as foolish as you were to threaten her, but I will do something that will force her to spill everything. When the time comes, I will also expose her for doing this to you.”

”I only made an inquiry from the doctor. Where is the nurse?” Fu Juan asked with a frown.
”I asked her to prepare a vase for the Roses, it hasn’t been long since she left.”
”How troublesome!” Fu Juan meant that bringing flowers over was troublesome.
Lanying ignored that statement she made and asked, “What did the doctor say?”
Being reminded of the doctor’s words, Fu Juan frowned. These were the doctor’s words to her…
”It won’t be long before he regains consciousness. His body is resounding to the treatment being given to him by a prominent visiting doctor your father contracted.”
”Mum?” Lanying tried to get her attention back and succeeded.
”You don’t need to know what he said to me, let’s go to the Orphanage, I’m sure you missed the children,” Fu Juan said as she took one last look at Aiguo before turning to leave.
Lanying was not a fool. From her mother’s facial expression, she could understand that things were not going well for her, which meant there was progress in her husband’s recovery soon.

Jia Li and Fu Hua have decided to check their babies’ genders today after much pestering from Fu Hee who was in a hurry to get her grandchildren.
She wanted to shop for them to her hearts’ content and not be restricted by their gender.
She would easily buy unisex newborn clothes and items for them, but she didn’t want to do it like before.
She was so prepared with sorting out the colors to represent the babies’ genders.
If they were having twin girls, then she would get clothes in yellow and pink, red and white in case they are fraternal twins. But if they were to be identical twins, she would get them the same colors of matching dresses.
Then if it were to be twin boys or mixed genders, she would not what to do. The most important part was to find out their babies’ genders first.
”What do you think we are having?” Fu Hua asked as he helped her into the back passenger seat of his jeep.
”I have no idea, but I think I want mixed genders or two boys.” Jia Li replied.
Fu Hua smiled and caressed her hair, “Are you sure you would want twin boys?”
”Yes, what’s wrong with it?” Jia Li asked. His question had an underlying meaning she wanted to find out.
Fu Hua glanced around before leaning in to say to her in a small voice, “I heard that baby boys do suck a lot, are you ready for the experience of your nipples being sore for servers months just from feeding them?”
There was nothing to be shy about his words, but he didn’t want her to smack him if anyone was nearby, so he had to lean over.
”How do you know that? You speak as if you’ve had a wife you were close to before, and she probably gave birth to a boy.” Jia Li said with a taunting gaze.
Fu Hua pinched her cheek, “You are speaking as if you don’t know how much research I’ve been doing these days since after finding out about the twins.”
Jia Li pushed his hands away and chuckled softly. “Of course I know, I just wanted to tease you. I’m not sure I have thought about my nipples being sore from breastfeeding. Now thanks to you, I have one more thing to worry about on my list.”
”I was just trying to remind you to be prepared.” Fu Hua said with a wink as he relaxed comfortably on the car door.
”Your job is to stand there and remind me of what to worry about after planting the seed and leaving me to water and care for it. How easy your life is.” Jia Li sulked.
She felt that Fu Hua had his life easy. The only thing he did was to sleep with her and get her pregnant, while all the work of nurturing was left to her to take care of.
Fu Hua saw her sulking like a child and couldn’t help laughing out loud. She looked so funny, yet unreasonable while acting that way.
”Are you being jealous right now? You are so funny. Although I don’t get to share much in the huge responsibility you have to undertake alone, that is why I’m working so hard to care for you and make sure you are comfortable. Don’t be angry okay?”
Jia Li hugged her chest and moved her face to the other side, she didn’t want to let him have it easy.
Fu Hua ended up pinching her boobs and angering her in the process, but before they got to the hospital, they reconciled once again.
”I see a girl and a boy! Congratulations!” The doctor said with a big smile while pointing to the monitor.
After watching closely on the ultrasound scan, the doctor revealed the big news to them.
