Fu Hee could only blame herself for looking for trouble in the first place, so she had to explain her true situation so the blame wouldn't be on her anymore.
Acting all pitiful, Fu Hee poured her grievance on Bai Fen.
"Bai Fen, aren't you being a little inconsiderate here? Do you know what I went through to get the old man to cancel the marriage he arranged for Fu Hua? I even lost my position as the mistress of Fu Family, and still, nothing changed!" Fu Hee revealed with a painful expression on her face.
Bai Fen looked shocked to learn that Fu Hee lost her position as the Mistress of the Fu family because of that matter.
She was probably too shocked as she sat back in her seat and gazed at Fu Hee with a shocked look.
"You lost your position as the Mistress of the Fu family?" She asked in disbelief.
"Are you doubting me? The old man gave my position to that old hag Fu ChunHua because I hit the girl he asked Fu Hua to marry." Fu Hee said as she felt so angry thinking about all the losses she encountered because of Jia Li.
"What? That girl even came to your house?" Bai Fen asked in surprise.
"Not only that, she lived with us before she got married to Fu Hua." Fu Hee revealed. And now seeing how confused Bai Fen looked, she proceeded to explain things to her.
She told her how Jia Li came to stay with the Fu family and live with them.
After listening for a while, Bai Fen said with a frown. "I'm sure that girl is a gold digger. She must have planned all of these. But it's too bad that all of you didn't notice it on time."
"I don't like that girl at all, and to think she had the guts to have ideas on my son. I hate her so much that I just want to snap her into two." Fu Hee said with hatred.
Bai Fen felt a bit relaxed on seeing how much Fu Hee hated Jia Li. She smiled to herself as a new idea formed in her head.
Going back to her serious look, she said to Fu Hee, "Since that girl is so hateful, how can you tolerate her being married to your excellent son without fighting back? If I were to be in your shoes, I will definitely deal with that girl and ask Fu Hua to get a divorce."
"Fu Hua doesn't want to listen to me. It's only that old man that has such influence over him. See, I picked a wife for him, and the old man did the same, but he chose the old man's option even though he didn't like any of our plans. These days, he doesn't listen to me!" Fu Hee revealed in an annoyed tone.
"We have to find another way. And I'm sure General Fu threatened him, so he had no choice but to listen to him. We have to find a way to get Fu Hua and Bai Jun together, but before we think of a new idea, you can't let that girl get pregnant for Fu Hua or things will be difficult as General Fu adores her." Bai Fen said to Fu Hee in a low tone.
"This task will be easy for me since they live under my nose. I can easily monitor her and mess with the food. I can never allow her to get pregnant for my son!" Fu Hee swore with a firm look.
"Good. You have to do your task well, while we wait for my daughter to come back. I will have to inform her of this so she will be prepared, but I can't bear to see her so heartbroken." Bai Fen said with worry in her tone.
She looked so worried, and her words were successful in convincing Fu Hee to listen to her since she was guilty and ready to make amends.
"Don't worry, I will keep watch on her. But how do we convince Fu Hua to listen to me?" Fu Hee asked a little concerned.
"Since he was forced to marry that girl, then I'm sure he doesn't love her, and since it's so, we can easily make him to get close to Bai Jun and fall in love with her. You just need to stall for time till Bai Jun come back." Bai Fen said with a smile.
She was happy with her meticulous plan. She has to make sure Jia Li doesn't get pregnant or their plans would have a high chance of getting ruined.
If Jia Li becomes pregnant, then it will be difficult for Fu Hua to divorce her, because the old man will never allow that to happen since he adores Jia Li.
Knowing all of these, Bai Fen had to make such plans, in hopes her daughter would get into the Fu family.
"Bai Fen don't worry, I will put my all into this, you can relax." Fu Hee promised with determination.
There was no way she would let the person that made her lose her position and be embarrassed, have peace, or get pregnant with her son's child.
She would never allow that!
Fu Hee and Bai Fen talked a little about other matters before going back to their various homes.
When Fu Hee went back home, she looked a bit relaxed and was no longer tensed like she was several hours ago.
Fu Hee wanted to speak to Fu Lei, but she learned he was playing games with Fu Geming and the old man, so she let him be.
As she was climbing the stairs to go to her room, she met Jia Li who was coming down the stairs.
Jia Li looked afraid and was a bit tensed when she saw her, but she couldn't turn away.
When she was finally standing side by side with Fu Hee, she greeted her, but the latter snorted and walked past her.
Jia Li sighed in relief since she wasn't told off by her.
