She began to waver.
“Xiaxia.” Sheng Yize raised his voice a little as he called her name again, waking An Xiaxia up from her reverie. “Is Mr. Xu here?”
Sheng Yize looked around the room and nodded. “Yes.”
He led An Xiaxia toward the man and Mr. Xu greeted them warmly. He cleared his throat after a stern look from Sheng Yize and put away that obsequious smile.
“From my personal point of view, I intend to work with Diguang Bank, but there are still many objections in my company. However, since Mr. and Mrs. Sheng have come here in person to demonstrate your sincerity, it would be too rude to turn you down. I’ll do my best to make this cooperation happen!”
