“From here, we go straight to the sky” Gu Zhong make sure that Li Shi Ying was ready before commanding his beast to depart. The beast quickly flew away from the ground little by little until they were high up in the sky.
“Your country is still far away above the cloud?” Li Shi Ying looked down to see that they were already quite high above the ground until the houses below looked as small as peanuts. But they were still flying even higher than before.
“The country is above the cloud, after all, there’s still quite a time to even reach the tunnel” Gu Zhong focused on controlling his beast so it won’t suddenly fly to another direction as he answered Li Shi Ying’s question.
It was true that his country was quite high above the cloud so it took time to get there.
“I’m curious about your country. It’s floating in the air right? Will the country move as time pass by?” Li Shi Ying saw that they would still have to fly higher in order to reach the tunnel so she took the initiative to ask Gu Zhong about things she was curious of.

“Well for the weather, you are right that we don’t have rain. But, our country makes our own rain so there’s no problem with that. As for the sun, even though we are above the cloud, once the sun goes down, we still will experience night. It won’t be the day all the time”
Gu Zhong explained again about the weather and the system of day and night in his country. Because his country wasn’t covered by the cloud, getting exposed to the sun was bound to happen but they still got to experience night once the sun set.
Of course, in case they didn’t experience the night for an unknown reason, the elders will do something to make a black barrier around the country so it would seem like night time.
“Wow…so it is like that. I don’t know that…your country is so unique!” Li Shi Ying eyes sparkled when she finished listened to Gu Zhong’s explanation. Now she was more eager to visit this country.
Could the street be made of cloud or something? What about the ground? They couldn’t dig too deep since it would take them out of the country territory. A floating country….it must be a huge island or something.
“There is the tunnel” just when Li Shi Ying was thinking about more trivial things concerning the Pegasus Country, Gu Zhong suddenly told her that they had arrived under the cloud tunnel heading to the Pegasus Country.
“That’s the tunnel?” Li Shi Ying looked up and saw a big tunnel made of cloud above her head. The tunnel was so simple yet big, it could get 4-5 people with their beasts to pass the tunnel at the same time.
“Yes, this is the tunnel. When we enter the tunnel and follow it to the end, we finally are able to enter the country” Gu Zhong commanded his beast to head to the tunnel as he told Li Shi Ying more about the tunnel.
“Hmm, how mysterious” Li Shi Ying couldn’t help but feel excited. The tunnel wall was made of cloud after all so she was curious if any tourist ever tries to break the tunnel wall or something but one thing she couldn’t understand up until now.
How the hell they managed to make a tunnel out of cloud?! Did this country have a unique technique to control cloud or something?
“If you want to ask why our country can make a tunnel out of the cloud, it’s all thanks to Cloudy, a special beast under the sacred beast Griffin’s leadership” Gu Zhong made his beast fly until they arrived right in front of the tunnel entrance.
From this distance, they could see that inside the tunnel was dark yet there were a lot of shining little things glued to the cloud. It might be the same as lamps in Li Shi Ying’s previous world.
“Cloudy? Sacred beast Griffin? Interesting” Li Shi Ying rubbed her chin as she prepared herself to get through the tunnel. She also saw another group coming behind her, about to enter the tunnel-like her and they seemed to be a local.
Anyway this tunnel…really looked like a normal tunnel in general. It’s just this tunnel was heading up while normal tunnel won’t direct anyone up to the sky. Maybe behind the tunnel, they would see the Pegasus Country floating in the air?
