Bíng Huo shouted and made Xi Xue sat down in an instant. She took off her outer clothes and draped it around one guy’s shoulder before letting him lean on the ice wall behind.
“I know there’s something wrong with you.” Bíng Huo glared at the dumbfounded guy with bloodshot eyes. “Your hand is so cold, you must be freezing!”
Xi Xue blinked softly and stared at the girl in front of him. She took off her outer just to not let his back touched the ice wall.
“I’m really fine…” Xi Xue murmured when Bíng Huo grabbed his chin without care.
“No, you aren’t. Your face is so pale! Now tell me, something must have happened on the way here.” The girl forced the guy to look at her.
She herself squatted, not looking like a lady at all.
Xi Xue blinked innocently and tilted his head. “What are you saying- ”
“If you don’t answer, I’ll shove this truth pill down your throat.” Bíng Huo took out a blue pill from her storage ring and threatened the guy.
Her eyes glinted. It looked sharper than ever. Her whole being looked like a small little cat trying to threaten a lion.

“Okay, I admit. My back was wounded by that wind when we fly here.” The guy raised both of his hands in ’surrender’ pose.
Hearing this, Bíng Huo’s eyes widened. She looked at Xi Xue in disbelief.
“You are what?? Wounded?!” The girl shouted, her voice echoed in the cave. “Quick, show me your back!” she urged the guy making Xi Xue reluctantly turned around.
’So naggy ah.’ He glanced at Bíng Huo who was checking his wounds.
The girl’s face was serious and once she saw Xi Xue’s back, she almost fainted.
The clothes itself was drenched in blood yet she didn’t see any of this before!
“Did you use illusion to hide your wounds?!” Bíng Huo’s eyes turned teary. She slowly touched Xi Xue’s back and the man flinched.
“…mn.” He innocently nodded. The man would occasionally shudder but he didn’t groan even for once.
Bíng Huo didn’t say anything else and just turned Xi Xue around to face her. She took out several pills from her storage ring and spoke,
“Here, eat these. The wound will heal in no time.” Bíng Huo handed the pill in various colour to Xi Xue. “The red one is blood pill, to replenish your blood loss, ” she started to explain.
“The white one is to heal the wound. The rest is to prevent inflammation.”
“Mn.” Xi Xue obediently took the pill and looked down at his palm. “Can I eat this all in one go?”
’Won’t it be dangerous?’
“You can. I make sure the pills’ effect won’t clash with each other.” Bíng Huo silently rubbed her eyes, wiping the tears she almost shed.
“Okay. Thanks.” Xi Xue hurriedly gulped the pills and indeed, seconds later he felt his wound was slowly healing. His blood wasn’t cold anymore and it felt warmer each second.
