“M-master???” Li Shi Ying jolted out from the sofa. The girl’s eyes widened in shock seeing the familiar face along with a super gentle voice.

“Finally I meet you again, disciple” Qiao Mo laughed seeing Li Shi Ying reaction. He thought of surprising her and it seemed that he succeeds in doing it. His little disciple looked so shocked that she might slap her own cheek to verify what she saw!
“M-master what- what are you doing here?? Wait- why are you here? Is there a problem or…” Li Shi Ying instantly panicked. The girl wanted to approach the man but thinking that she’s still in front of the emperor and the previous emperor….the girl chooses to sit down again.
“I’m just here to know how you are doing and I can see that you’re good here. I can relax now” Qiao Mo chuckled again. What he said was true but of course, he was here for another reason aside from that.
He had just talked about it with the emperor and the previous emperor. Both of them agreed with his suggestion.
“I see…it’s been a while master…will you stay here for a long time?” Li Shi Ying gripped her skirt tight as she asked her master in teary eyes. The girl wanted to cry tears of happiness but was too embarrassed to do that in front of these two older men.
“Yes. This time I already talk to his Majesty to allow me to stay for quite a long time” Qiao Mo nodded his head as an answer. The man looked at the emperor with a smile and when the man also nodded, only them Li Shi Ying knew what his master said was true.
“It’s good! Master can stay at Ao Zhen residence…” Li Shi Ying eyes beamed happily. The girl was about to talk more about her master’s living arrangement in the higher realm when her master suddenly cut her speech.
“Disciple, let’s talk about that later. Actually, I come here not only to see how you are doing in the higher realm but also to deliver news to you.” Qiao Mo suddenly spoke in a serious tone. The man placed both of his elbows on the armchair as he placed his chin on his joined hand.
“…yes?” Seeing how serious her master was, all the excitement before suddenly disappeared into nothingness. Somehow she got a bad feeling about this. Even the emperor and the previous emperor also had a grave expression on their face…
“First of all…his majesty and the previous emperor here…already knew you’re not someone from this world” Qiao Mo let out a big sigh as he told his disciple the first thing she had to know. Li Shi Ying scanned the previous emperor and the Emperor himself as she asked. There’s no time to be shocked beyond relief. There’s only time to act!
The atmosphere in the room abruptly changed. The air felt heavy with everyone faced Li Shi Ying in worry. They didn’t know how to calm her down when she’s already in a guarded mode like this.
Even Mao Mao who didn’t know anything somehow realised that the situation wasn’t good. He immediately stepped ahead to block Li Shi Ying from the other three’s eyesight.
“Calm down. How could we don’t know when you use God language in front of us back then? Maybe you didn’t realize we know about the existence of a foreign soul in our world but now you know…”
The emperor raised both of his hand in the air forming a ’surrender’ pose. He didn’t want to make Li Shi Ying run away because of this. After all, they had decided to find a way to make her stay, right?
“Will your majesty kill me now then?” Li Shi Ying holds her breath as she changed her way of addressing the emperor. The girl even notified Nessie who was hiding inside her sleeve to get ready for any kind of sudden attack.
Seeing Li Shi Ying became so cold, both the emperor and the previous emperor felt a pang to their heart. It hurts to see such a young girl had to try her best concealing this fact.
“…disciple, listen to me. We call you here because we find a way…to let you stay without damaging the world” Qiao Mo immediately spoke straight to the point. If he didn’t tell this as soon as he could…maybe Li Shi Ying would already retaliate against these two.
“What?” Hearing her master’s words, Li Shi Ying froze on the spot. The girl slowly lowered her hand which was holding various talismans while asking in her mind.
A way…to let her stay in this world without bringing more damage to it? Seriously? Such a way…really did exist?
