Li Shi Ying rummage through her bed trying to find traces of Nessie. Only when she saw a small tail peeking out from under one of her pillows the girl stopped searching.
[Nessie, come out! I need your help. It is an emergency] Li Shi Ying whispered as she pulled Nessie’s tail to completely revealed his whole body.
Nessie was shocked to death upon sensing someone pulled on his tail. The poor little dragon shouted in shock. [W-wah! What are you doing??] He then quickly slapped away Li Shi Ying’s finger before hiding back to the pillow again.
The little dragon for some reasons suddenly became a meek little rabbit. Seeing this, Li Shi Ying was a bit taken aback. She didn’t know what made Nessie was so scared until he hides like this.
[Nessie what’s wrong? What makes you scared?] Li Shi Ying poked on Nessie’s tail which he couldn’t hide properly. The girl lowered her head trying to see if Nessie was alright. [Nessie, please talk, you make me worried] the girl continued after not hearing any response from the little dragon.
Could it be Nessie was afraid of Long Ao Zhen? Or he was afraid of Ji Sharen appearance in this residence? Nessie might have sensed that man presence thus leading to this reaction.
Nessie didn’t speak for a few seconds before he popped out his head out of the pillow while saying in a low tone. [Your man is so scary!] The dragon harrumphed after saying his piece.

Li Shi Ying blinked softly unable to say anything when Nessie told her what made him so scared like that. It turned out to be…a simple reason. Nessie was afraid of Long Ao Zhen’s yandere side! But if it’s like this, Nessie won’t be able to face Ji Sharen!
What should she do??
Li Shi Ying was immersed in her own thought when the voice of the servant suddenly startled her awake. “Your highness are you there? His highness Ji Sharen is out of patience he is barging to the residence already!” The servant knocked on the door again as if his life was on the line.
He was really scared!

“A-alright this way, please” The servant reluctantly guided Li Shi Ying to the main yard where Ji Sharen was waiting. The man served himself a cup of tea while calmly sitting on the stone chair under the big tree at the yard.
All the guards couldn’t do anything to him and could only stare anxiously. Fortunately, no one was killed and only several people got quite a severe wound for trying to block Ji Sharen.
“When will that human come over? She’s so audacious to make someone like me wait like this” Ji Sharen coldly asked Lu Seyu who was standing guard near. The man threw a sharp glare at the poor guard who knew nothing about his master whereabout.
“Master is on the way here, your highness. Please wait” Lu Seyu answered in a flat tone and a blank face. When others trembled in fear, this man could still answer calmly and be his usual self. This made Ji Sharen a bit irritated for no reason. He didn’t know there would be someone capable enough to stay calm in front of someone like him.
This is the personal guard of that human girl? It looks like the emperor really did care a lot for this girl. But why? What’s not good about Yan Fenghuang that the emperor prefers a human girl over Yan Fenghuang?
“She better hurry” Ji Sharen sipped his tea while coldly stare at the path leading to another courtyard. That human girl should be staying in the courtyard meant for Long Ao Zhen’s wife. Thinking about this made him…irritated.
