When he saw Wang Dazhu being dragged out, his eyes widened.
“Why are you… How is this…”
After being dumbfounded for a few seconds, he started to silently curse at Wang Dazhu.
He pretended to know nothing as he walked up to Leng Qingshan and said in a friendly tone, “Grandpa, what is happening?”

Leng Jie only then saw the whips the bodyguards held and he began to shake uncontrollably.
With much fear in his eyes, he looked up to Leng Qingshan, “G… grandpa!”
“Do you really think you’re still a part of the Leng family?!” Leng Qingshan was even more furious after he heard what Ma Xiaoyun had to say. He also felt even more stupid about how he acted before.
“You lied and played with my emotions. Not only do you express no regret, but you’re also using that against me to try and earn my forgiveness?! You think I care if he gets hurt?! I want to kill him right now!”
He then ordered the bodyguard, “What are you waiting for?! Hit them!”
“Yes, sir!”
The three bodyguards shook out the whips in hand and walked to the end of the bench.
Ma Xiaoyun lost all her composure by now and cried even louder.
“Dad! I have been wrong! I really have been wrong! Dad, please forgive me… ah!!!”
The whip landed on her body and it drew blood. The pain made Ma Xiaoyun snap her head towards Wang Dazhu, “Think of something! Say something! How did I end up with someone so useless… Ah!!”
Wang Dazhu and Leng Jie also shrieked non-stop from the pain.
After Wang Dazhu heard Ma Xiaoyun’s words, he did his best to struggle out of the ropes but he failed.
He lifted his head and gritted his teeth, “No matter what sin we committed, you are in no place to punish us! Hitting us like this is illegal! I am going to sue you!”
Leng Qingshan laughed and laughed until tears came out.
