No matter how easy-going Li Gan was, to be provoked for so long by a child had drained him of all patience.
Plus, he was not an easy-going man.
After Qiao Qing made that statement, he immediately snorted.
“You sure do not know how high the sky is. Who gave you the guts to come down here just to behave atrociously, and to provoke me? Since you cannot repay $600,000, then we will need to act in accordance to our rules.”
Shen Yun’s heart immediately tightened, “What are you going to do!?”
Li Gan continued, “One hand is $300,000. Whose hand do you want to give up? You can discuss.”
Shen Yun’s vision went blank. She went up and grabbed Qiao Qing, “Ms. Qiao, let’s go back, I will slowly…”
“Get back!” Qiao Qing ordered coldly. She took off her jacket and threw it backwards into Lin Xiyan’s arms.
Her gaze never left Li Gan, “$300,000 isn’t much. But I refuse to give you a cent more. I am standing right in front of you – if you are able to, then come and take my hand.”
“You have a pretty face. Sadly, you don’t know how to stay alive.” Li Gan’s expression was dark. He peered at the manager, “Since she doesn’t value her life, then we’ll help her out.”
“Yes, Sixth Lord.”
The manager brandished his hand and immediately, a gang of roughnecks appeared. All of them looked atrocious.
Shen Yun and her daughter screamed from fear. However, this group of thugs was aware that their order was to take down Qiao Qing. They immediately headed her way.
Qiao Qing extended a hand to block. She grabbed onto a person’s wrist and after flipping around, the person’s bone dislocated with a “crack”.
The person’s face twisted from the pain. The knife in his hand dropped to the ground.
Qiao Qing spun around again to dodge an approaching blade. With one punch, she hit this person’s stomach and caused this person to immediately hold onto his belly and kneel down.
Using this as a distraction, she lowered her head and kicked her foot. The power in her leg was precisely applied.
The person was instantly flung back from the kick and hit the wall with a “bang”. Then, he slid down against the wall.
Li Gan’s eyes revealed much shock and he quickly threw the manager a look, “Get all of them here!”
The manager nodded. “Yes.”
Before long, another group of thugs arrived. This group was three times the size of the last one.
But no matter how many people attacked, Qiao Qing ensured that she was not harmed.
The way she slithered through the attackers mimicked a ghost. She was so fast that people found it dizzying.
Like she was scything dill, anyone who was in her way ended up cut. Her every move was cruel and was without sympathy.
Before long, a pile of bodies covered the ground.
Li Gan had subconsciously retreated to the corner of the room by now. As he watched people from his side collapse one by one, he couldn’t help but produce cold sweat.
Just then, he suddenly caught sight of the trembling mother and daughter duo watching this from afar. His eyes brightened, “Go grab those two!”
He finally realized that that young girl was no piece of cake. But with this daughter and mother pair in his hands, why should he be scared?
Those who attacked Qiao Qing no longer chased after her. Instead, they all headed towards Shen Yun.
After a loud “bang”, the tea set on the table was crushed to pieces by Qiao Qing. She grabbed onto a broken porcelain piece and threw it.
The sound of an sharp object cutting through air arose. The next second, a wave of agonizing groans appeared.
Every single person who had their hands on Shen Yun were now holding onto their arms, or other body parts, and had all collapsed.
“You want to threaten me? Check if you are capable enough first!”
Qiao Qing’s cold voice echoed throughout this chaotic chamber.
Li Gan was now dumbfounded. Before he could react, his neck felt a rush of coldness.
Qiao Qing held a piece of broken porcelain between her fingers and pushed it against his neck, “Where’s the receipt for the loan?”
All of Li Gan’s hair had stood up on their ends, “Don’t move! Don’t move! We can talk about this!”
“My patience is limited. I am asking you once again, where is the receipt for the loan?!”
Then, Qiao Qing pushed the porcelain inwards.
