The judges sighed, “You think we’d go sniff the poison after the way you reacted? Why would we do that to ourselves?”
The other judges nodded.
Zhang Heng was in shock, “How I reacted? Didn’t I…”
He paused. He was in shock back there and he could see how his reaction would have caused confusion.
He turned to the group and said in a serious tone, “I think I may have found the creator for ‘Wild Green’, Queen.”
The judges widened their eyes.
“Are you for real? Where?!”
“No way you’re referring to that girl? Queen is a young woman?”
“Didn’t people say she used Spiritual Cotton Flower for her perfume? That’s obviously an amateur move. How could she be the one who made ‘Wild Green’?”
Zhang Heng shook his head, “I don’t know how she did it, but the perfume she submitted today smelled familiar. It’s for sure similar to Queen’s ‘Wild Green’.”
“All these years, I have failed to find a perfume similar to ‘Wild Green’. No matter how hard I tried to imitate it, I have failed. Her product today, however, is very similar.”
Everyone was in shock, “Why don’t we get her here and ask?”
“There’s no need.” Zhang Heng smiled, “We have the second round this afternoon. We’ll see how she answers our questions.”
“That means the Gong Corporation team must pass. I was going to eliminate them. As one of the biggest corporations in the country, the perfumers sure are no good. Only that Xu Lu was decent.”
Everyone nodded.

After around 30 minutes, the MC smiled and walked out again.
“Everyone, you must be impatient. The result is out. Once I announce it, you guys can go have lunch.”
She then looked at the paper in her hand, “Those who made it to the second round are, number 2 – perfumer Rain. Number 18 – all perfumers from Corporation Su Min… Number 36 – all perfumers from the Xu Corporation. And Number 37 – all perfumers from the Gong Corporation!”
“Those who have been eliminated, don’t be discouraged! We will see you next year.”
“Finally, I invite everyone who made it to the next round to meet back here this afternoon at 1:30 pm. We will be going through with our second round of the competition. See you guys then!”
Her words resulted in the entire room going nuts.
Some were ecstatic while others were sad.
Of course, those ecstatic were those who made it. Those sad were those eliminated.
The Gong Corporation’s perfumers sighed in relief.
One of the perfumers excitedly grabbed onto another perfumer, “We made it to the next round! We made it! After what happened, we were worried we were getting eliminated! This result is making me so happy. Thank god I got you guys!”
It was obvious what she was referring to.
She meant to say, ‘thank god we are capable and didn’t get dragged down by Qiao Qing.’
Jun Yexuan and Qi Yusen’s faces turned cold. Gong Yi glared at her coldly, “Don’t assume that you would be spared if Qingqing fails to get number one!”
