The firefox acted like it was a baby who needed comfort.

Gong Yi looked over to Qiao Qing and curled his lips deviously, “If Qingqing doesn’t mind the fact that I once promised this animal to Mo Huan, then the animal’s yours.”
The firefox turned to look at Qiao Qing with an attitude that said, ‘I dare you to say no’.
After it did that, it froze. How was it possible that it was understanding what these people were saying?
It then went back to stare at Qiao Qing’s face.
Its instinct said that this was all because of this girl.
Qiao Qing understood the little firefox’s plea and eventually nodded, “Thanks.”
The firefox then licked her face and swagged its tail. Afterward, it rubbed its head on Qiao Qing’s neck to express her happiness.
Everyone once again fell into awe.
Jun Yexuan’s face darkened and walked over.
The firefox thought a stranger was attacking and bared its teeth as a warning.
Qiao Qing patted its head, “Don’t be bad, it’s someone we know.”
The firefox extinguished its fury. It planned on rubbing its head against Qiao Qing’s palm more but Qiao Qing had taken away her hand.

When Jun Yexuan arrived, he picked up the firefox by the back of its neck and threw it away. Then, he possessively pulled Qiao Qing into a hug.
“A damn stinky fox dares to steal you from me.”
Qiao Qing, “…”

The little fox was thrown away by more than 10 meters. Furious, it dashed back and tried to climb up Qiao Qing’s legs.
Jun Yexuan stared at it, and the little animal did not back down and bared its teeth at him.
Qiao Qing shot Jun Yexuan a look, “Why are you being petty against an animal?!”
Jun Yexuan, “It took advantage of you!”
Qiao Qing, “…”
Gong Yi walked up, “It’s really not worth it to be with a man who’s so easily jealous. How about you dump him and be with me? I wouldn’t stop you from having pets.”
Jun Yexuan was about to bite back when Qiao Qing grabbed his hand.
Without the slightest emotion in her face, she said to Gong Yi, “This is all because I spoil him too much.”
Jun Yexuan’s face turned red at those words.
Gong Yi’s face, however, dropped.
“I hope your feelings towards him will be unbreakable like a giant rock!” Gong Yi hissed and left.
Lin Miao and the others exchanged glances and awkwardly said, “We were going to rip a meal off of Gong Yi, but it looks like it’d be better if we leave. To have seen this though made this trip worth it.”
Everyone gave Qiao Qing a look and left.
During this time, the little firefox climbed back up onto Qiao Qing’s shoulder.
It was about to wrap its tail around her neck again when Qiao Qing snapped around her head and said, “No!”
The little fox’s eyes were round and pitiful as if it asked her why.
Qiao Qing said, “This guy here will get jealous.”
The fox, “…”
Jun Yexuan’s lips curled up and victoriously looked over at the fox.
The fox, “…”
The owner preferred men over foxes!
Qi Yusen meaningfully gave Qiao Qing a look, then sneered at Jun Yexuan, “Qingqing even knows how to tame animals. Don’t you feel like you aren’t good enough for her?”
Jun Yexuan, “…”
They’re never going to get over this, are they?!
“Young master Qi is right!” Gong Yi reappeared out of nowhere as if the person who left in fury wasn’t him just now.
He looked at Qi Yusen and agreed, “Third young master Jun truly isn’t good enough for Qingqing. Then how about I be your brother-in-law.”
Qi Yusen barely looked at him, “You’re worse!”
