After the auction, Qi Yusen received the sandalwood from the auctioneer.

She extended a hand to try and take the item.
Qi Yusen didn’t even acknowledge her. He took the box that contained the sandalwood and walked out.
Chu Tian’s hand remained suspended in mid-air and her expression turned flustered.
It took Wen Yuzhen some time to react as well. She shouted after Qi Yusen, “Number one, what do you mean by this? Didn’t you buy that for Tiantian?”
Qi Yusen heard this, stopped his foot, and turned to look, “Who said I was buying it for her?”
Wen Yuzhen, “…”

Wen Yuzhen was stifled by her own grandson and eyed the now sad-looking girl, “If you weren’t buying it for Tiantian, why did you bid on it?”
Qi Yusen, “I do whatever I want.”
