Wi Yuyang’s expression froze. Qi Yunyan however, suddenly spoke up, “Honestly, the reason why we didn’t want anyone in wasn’t all because of big brother’s girlfriend. It’s because of the miracle doctor.”
Everyone turned to look at him. On the inside, Qi Yuyang thought, big brother was done making up stories, now it’s second brother’s turm?
The way Qi Yuyang looked at Qi Yunyan was like he was saying, ‘Lie. Keep on lying.’
Qi Yusen on the other hand looked at Qi Yunyan with a trusting gaze.
In front of everyone’s unusual emotions, Qi Yunyan gently coughed and said calmly, “Grandma, nobody in this world has been able to cure my legs. And you guys have been seeking left and right to find miracle doctors for me.”
Wen Yuzhen was in shock and she started to get excited, “You found one?!”
Qi Yunyan held onto Wen Yuzhen’s hand and nodded, “A while ago, big brother found me a doctor who came here to cure my legs. However, the doctor is used to being in hiding and keeping it lowkey, so he refused to reveal any personal information. Therefore, I had no choice but to move in here for treatment.”
“Qi Yuyang barged in unintentionally that once and angered the doctor. This was why big brother put in the order to stop any outsiders from entering this house.”
“The rooms upstairs are for the doctor and his apprentice. Neither of them is willing to leak any of their personal information or allow others to go through their research. Therefore, those rooms are normally locked.”
“Today, the doctor’s grandson is being born so he went home to visit his grandson. He will be coming back soon. So big brother didn’t remove the order of stopping outsiders from coming in.”
Qi Yunyan’s words made Qi Yusen and Qi Yuyang’s lips twitch.
Wen Yuzhen’s excitement was about to pour out. Without blinking, she stared at his legs.
“In other words, a doctor is treating your legs? How are you doing? Is there a chance you will recover?”
Qi Yunyan answered, “Grandma, the doctor had performed surgery on me. I’m in recovery and rehabilitation.”
Then, he waved for Qiu Yin to help him up. Then, in front of Wen Yuzhen’s ecstatic gaze, he walked a few steps. With his face pale, he turned his head.
“Grandma, see? I can feel my legs now. The doctor said that if I stick with him and work with him, I will be able to walk like a normal person within one to three months.”

Qi Yusen then added, “I will pay him heavily to reward him. However, the doctor has made it clear that other than the few of us, he doesn’t want to be seen. It’s late. Grandma, you should go home and rest.”
“You are old now and shouldn’t stay up too late. After I’m done with my work, I’ll go visit you.”
“Also, grandma, please keep this a secret. If others found out, they’d want to come and check out the situation. I don’t want to infuriate the doctor.”
“Alright, alright, alright.” Wen Yuzhen saw how much Qi Yunyan’s legs recovered and no longer doubted that the brothers were lying to her.
She was now extremely happy, “It’s normal for a miracle doctor to have some strange preferences. Please don’t anger him. If you can’t find the time, you don’t need to visit me. You need to make sure number two can walk before you let the doctor go. Understood?”
