After Chen Lan called out the number, she smiled at Jun Yexuan’s group, “Please have a nice day!”
The group nodded and left.
Just then, Dai Yixin went up to the hostess with her number.
Chen Lan checked her system and compared the number to the one in Dai Yixin’s hand. Then she double-checked, “You’re 93?”
Dai Yixin found this strange and nodded, “Yes.”
Chen Lan grinned, “I’m sorry, Ms. Dai Yixin, right? You and your friend here have been blacklisted by our restaurant. Please eat elsewhere.”
Dai Yixin’s face turned dark. Su Yan, on the other hand, exploded, “Did you get that wrong? Why would you randomly blacklist us?!”
Chen Lan explained, “Why would we not blacklist people who have major character flaws, no common courtesy, and tries to intentionally harm our VIP’s relationships? You think we’d ask them to spend New Year’s with us instead?”
The pair felt stifled. Dai Yixin shouted, “You did this on purpose, didn’t you! If you blacklisted us, why didn’t you tell us earlier?! We waited for almost an hour! Our lunch break is almost done now and we need to get back to work! We don’t have the time to try and eat at another place!”
Chen Lan rolled her eyes and stuck out her tongue, “So what if I did it on purpose? Do you think you don’t need to take responsibility for your actions? This is how I punish you!”
“It’s not my problem whether or not you have time for lunch. However, for someone whose stomach is full of evil thoughts, skipping a meal won’t kill you! Go find some shade elsewhere!”
She then looked over to the waiting area and yelled out, “Number 94, your table’s ready!”
Dai Yixin and Su Yan’s faces turned green, “You…”
“If you make another scene, I will call security!” Chen Lan placed her hand on her waist and glared them down, “If you don’t want security to drag you out, then hurry and get out!”
Dai Yixin, “…”
Su Yan, “…”
“Jing Li Xuan is praised for its customer service. However, after what I witnessed today, I see that that reputation has no standing!”
Dai Yixin furiously grabbed Su Yan’s hand, “Yanyan, let’s go!”
Mu Jinghang watched this drama unfold from afar. He commented, “That girl sure is interesting! She could compete against that crazy woman from earlier.”
Qiao Qing glared at him while Jun Yexuan turned Mu Jinghang’s head around, “You’re your future wife’s husband. Don’t just check out any girl.”
“Sigh, third brother, what are you talking about? I don’t even have a girlfriend – why would I have a wife?”
Jun Yexuan was so frustrated at him he ignored him. Then, he got Qiao Qing to ride his car with him.
Mu Jinghang was about to go get into the front passenger seat when the car left without him.
Mu Jinghang, “…”
He silently cursed how inhumane his third brother was.
Mu Jinghang patted Luo Chen’s head, “Let’s go. I’ll give you a ride… Huh? How come you’re looking so unhappy today? Who offended you?”
Luo Chen appeared to be deeply troubled, “The girl we ate with said I won’t have children in my life. Qingqing checked out my pulse and said I’m healthy in that aspect. So how come I won’t have any children?”
Mu Jinghang choked on his own saliva and violently began to cough.
Luo Chen asked, “What’s wrong?”
Mu Jinghang patted his head pitifully, “Go home and ask your brother. However, he may not tell you the truth.”
Luo Chen’s pretty-looking brows furrowed, “What do you mean by that?”
Mu Jinghang suddenly remembered how serious that girl before looked, and mimicked her, “That is a heavenly secret that cannot be revealed!”
