The three of them went to the lecture hall. Luo Chen walked to where his class was, greeted his class representative, then went back to sit by Qiao Qing.
He turned his head and saw that Qiao Qing had somehow found a medical book and was now reading.
He asked immediately, “Qingqing, you’re so hardworking.”
Chen Nanfeng also glanced at Qiao Qing’s book and then covered her face.
“Oh my god, though I don’t study as hard in university as I did in high school, I still pay close attention in class. I can’t even understand what you’re reading! I can only tell that this book is about the nervous system.”
Luo Chen giggled, “Qingqing’s been reading medical books since high school. She’s definitely more advanced than you all. She can probably finish her Ph.D. in 3 to 4 years.”
His words made everyone look over.
Luo Chen knew Qiao Qing never wanted attention so he stopped talking.
When it was time for the lecture, the lecture hall was completely filled. People even stood in the space between seats.
Chen Nanfeng exclaimed, “Dai Yixian sure is influential. Before, this hall would be pretty empty when entrepreneurs or other famous people come to host.”
“I guess that’s why the school makes it mandatory for some classes to attend. It’s to make sure the invited lecturer doesn’t lose face. But it seems like the seats would be filled today even if this was optional.”

Chen Nanfeng frowned, “Tian Zhen, are you okay?! You didn’t learn your lesson from last time? If you want to compliment our senior, then compliment her. Why do you need to attack others?!”
“You always tried to get a leg up on others by using your grades. Your grades aren’t as good as Qingqing’s so you say studying alone doesn’t accomplish anything. Now you’re talking about entering society? Did you enter society?!”
“Our Qingqing knows how to write, knows how to race, and she can earn a lifetime worth of money by accepting apprentices for martial arts! She has so many skills, why would she ever struggle in society?!”
Luo Chen chimed in as well, “Exactly! What are you being salty about?! Are you saying you’re very capable yourself? You are not as good as Qingqing at anything and you are now using others’ achievements to talk down on Qingqing. How’s that anything to brag about?!”
Tian Zhen’s face turned ugly, “You…”
They were just about to fight when the teachers at the front spoke.
“Students, please quiet down.”
Everyone in the room went silent.
The teacher took the mic, “It looks like our beautiful director is very popular. Sorry for the wait. Let us clap to welcome the Ph.D. graduate of country Y University and Director of Sky Entertainment, Dai Yixian.”
