Before Jun Yexuan could move, Qiao Qing had already struggled out of Jun Yexuan’s arms.
She raised her head and stared at Qi Yusen excitedly, “Brother!”
Different from her normally emotionless tone, her “brother” just now sounded like baby talk.
Coupled with Qiao Qing’s expectant and excited gaze, Qi Yusen felt like he was needed.

“She just became an adult and she’s never accepted you! If I ever catch you doing this to her again, I will never allow you to be together with her!”
Then, he picked up Qiao Qing and went into her bedroom.
Mu Jinghang placed an arm on Jun Yexuan’s shoulder, “Third bro, you ended up kicking a hard piece of metal. I told you to be careful while you were here!”
Jun Yexuan laughed at himself, “I’m an awful person aren’t I?”
Mu Jinghang froze for a second, “Third bro? What are you saying? This doesn’t sound like you. Aren’t you always super confident?”
Jun Yexuan chuckled. He thought of how Qiao Qing accepted Qi Yusen’s arms so defenselessly just now and his heart turned cold.
All of his pride and his confidence had run dry because of her.
He worked so hard and was only able to put such a small dent in her heart.
Qi Yusen only showed up for a few days and she was already relying on him so much. Of course, his heart felt exhausted.
Mu Jinghang snuck a peek at his expression and carefully asked, “Third brother, are you thinking of giving up?”
“Give up?” Jun Yexuan mumbled, “She acts like a mountain of ice in front of me and I am going to melt her little by little. A little let down here and there is nothing. If she ends up in someone else’s arms, that’s what’s going to kill me.”
Jun Yexuan then went back to his bedroom.
Inside the room, Qi Yusen gently put Qiao Qing down onto her bed and dialed an internal number, “Make some hangover soup and bring it up.”
Qiao Qing then grabbed onto Qi Yusen’s collar, “Brother!”
Qi Yusen crouched down and stared at her, “Brother’s here.”
Qiao Qing, “Just now, that pig trotter kissed me.”
It was like she was snitching.
“…” Qi Yusen wasn’t used to Qiao Qing talking like that. As much as he was furious towards Jun Yexuan, he was smitten by her cute ways.
“I will help you beat him up later.”
