The realty area under Gu Jiangxin was not the only one dragged into this. Even the gaming and skincare product areas became collateral damages. Even the Huo’s Enterprise, who had a big 5-year contract with Gu Jiangxin was visited by the Tax Bureau.
With Gu Jiangxin in the hospital, words had it that Gu Wushuang and Huo Wencheng had been yelling at him every day. So much that their eyes were reddened.

Huo Sishen couldn’t help but held her hand and stopped her unallowed action. He helped her sit up straight and said, “Sit properly. Chuchu said you didn’t pick up when she called you this morning?”
Gu Shishi finally stopped laughing.
She had been too busy with gossiping with the elderlies in the art association and was so engrossed that she had not paid attention to her other phone.
She finally handed the cushion over to the boss, sat up straight, and returned Chuchu’s call.
She hasn’t even said a word yet when she was shocked by the shrieking coming from the other end.

It sounded like Huo ChuChu might have turned into a groundhog.
Startled, Gu Shishi almost tossed her phone out of her hand.
Huo Sishen snagged the phone from Gu Shishi by the time Huo ChuChu shrieked the second time.
“Huo ChuChu.”
The voice died down immediately.
“Big Brother… sister-in-law…”
Gu Shishi quickly took the phone back. “Calm down. What is going on?”
Huo Sishen sneered, obviously disgruntled at his sister’s unladylike behavior.
Gu Shishi patted him on his thigh and had him not be so petty.
The next second, what came over from the other hand made her hand shook.
“Sister-in-law… it, it looks like I am about to succeed our family business.”
Huo ChuChu had lowered her voice after the warning from Huo Sishen but the excitement in her voice was still very obvious.
Puuf – Gu Shishi almost pinched Huo Sishen hard on his thigh!
“OOOOH?!”
She still remembered the days when this little girl was invisible and rebellious.
“Are you serious? How did this happen?”
Gu Shishi perked up right away.
She was still eating the last melon and a new one came already!
She felt as excited as she had won the first prize in a gossip lottery.
She gave Huo Sishen a look and, with his permission, switched the call over to speaker.
