Zhong Yue was stunned, he couldn’t grasp what the Chaos Divine Turtle was trying to convey.
The voice sounded like it was from the future, the past, and the present. It said, “We are different from the likes of you. We are creatures born within Chaos, we take no fixed nor physical form, the form we take is whatever your understanding of it is. You people and us are fundamentally creatures of different dimensions. Time and space exist in your dimension, but not ours.”
Zhong Yue pondered, he asked, “Are you gods born within the Chaos? Like the innate gods, are you also as long-lived as the universe?”
“No, different.” The eyes hovered closer, allowing Zhong Yue to see the giant Chaos Divine Turtle that was previously covered by the shadows. Chaos Qi surrounded the Chaos Divine Turtle, like clouds that streamed beside it.
It had a pair of eyes burning in the Fire of Chaos, with huge eyes, ears, and mouth, but no nostrils.
“The so-called innate gods in your universe live are not above time and space, a concept that doesn’t exist in our Chaos at all. In the Chaos, time is nonexistent, and space is nonexistent. There is no sky and earth, no seasons, no temperature, no senses, no pain, no emotions, no reproduction, no life, and no death,” the ancient Chaos Divine Turtle said casually.
“We see time like a pond of still water. There is hardly ever any living creatures that can cause disruptions in this pond of time.”
“We see space like clouds and mist. The clouds gather and so does the mists, and when the clouds separate, the mists will also disperse. All is real and all is fake.”
“We see you people like bugs and insects living in the clouds and waters. The cries of battles that deafen of your ears are just low and short noises we hear happening in just a split second. Every achievement in your whole life is just a tiny spark of light in our eyes. Living and dying, it all happened in just a split second like blinking rays.”
“We see you in the past, the present, and the future. Your concept of time and space are nothing to us in the Chaos, they are just a cycle that connects together, revolving one round after around. You travel down the cycle but we can move around as we like, to the past, at the present, and to the future.”
Zhong Yue was startled, What ?
The concept proposed by the Chaos Divine Turtle was beyond his imagination, he couldn’t even understand a thing at all. In accordance with the [Time Light Spatial Crystal Mystic Scripture], the past was immutable and the future was imperceptible. Time was the greatest enigma of the universe, the single principle by which everything, living or dead, must abide. However, this rule apparently didn’t apply to the creatures of Chaos as they were able to see and know both past and future.
The creatures of Chaos were even more mythical than the innate gods, they lived eternally beyond the universe and understood the past and knew the future. They never died and were unbounded by time and space.
“The strongest of your kind may only be a brighter spark in our eyes, but in the end, no one was able to escape time and space. However, for us to enter your world, the rules that govern you will be applied to us as well. Life and death, illness and health, greed and hope, and much more. But, as long as we return back to the Chaos, we will be revert back to just exactly how the others of us were.”
It was as if the Chaos Divine Turtle was smiling, he said, “No sense, no emotions, no consciousness. This is the Chaos, this is the only way to be unaffected by time and space. Do you want to be one of us? You can join us, become one of us, embrace eternal life free of worries and thoughts; you will be everlasting like us.”
Zhong Yue exclaimed in shock, “I too can become one of you?”
“Life, it has always been marvelous, hasn’t it?” The Chaos Divine Turtle turned into a ball of flame, similar to Xin Huo and circumnavigated around Zhong Yue while saying casually, “How amazing. Join us, become one of us, become a pureHundun 1 . Your ideologies, dreams, thoughts, love and hatred, emotions; all of these are insignificant in the endless flow of time. Become one of us as Hunduns and you will be granted nothing, and thereby you will have everything. All there is left is Chaos, the prime element of existence, the greatest Dao itself — perpetuity.”
Zhong Yue shook, he replied, “No, I do not want to be one of you.”
The little flame shuddered and change into an old man, it has every facial feature but the nose, he asked, “Why? An undying and everlasting life, isn’t that all you and the others are searching for? I see you creating the Zi Wei Galaxy, creating the Void World, creating the Dao World, all you seek, is to be one of us, isn’t it?” He was puzzled, “Why then, when you are offered that chance to become one of us, you decline?”
“Sui Sovereign!” in Zhong Yue’s psyche ocean, Xin Huo exclaimed in shock, “He is taking the form of Sui Sovereign!”
Zhong Yue bowed, “See nothing, hear nothing, feel nothing; no senses and no emotions, no thoughts and no sentience; what difference does this make with death itself? With senses comes emotions, and with emotions, comes the embarrassment for our lackings. With the embarrassment and such, grows our hunger for knowledge and power. We will always strive for greater heights to meet our ever-growing desires.”
‘Sui Sovereign’ laughed, “You little living creatures have so many thoughts I can never understand, but there is no need to in the first place. In the past days of your time, Great Sui found me with no facial features, he told me I cannot speak because I don’t have a mouth. Then, he carved the mouth of my face, allowing me to taste. Then, he asked me of the future, I told him the future of his Yanzi Clan.”
Then, ‘Sui Sovereign’ changed, he turned into a Fuxi Heavenly Monarch that startled Zhong Yue as he recognized it as Monarch Hao Yi.
‘Monarch Hao Yi’ smiled, “Then, a Fuxi Earthly Sovereign came to meet me, he said I don’t have eyes and so I cannot see the myriads of color. He carved me a pair of eyes and allowed me to see. He asked me how to achieve an endless life, and so I told him the only way to do it. Poor boy, he left in sadness as he doesn’t want to become one of us. Yet, he wanted to bring himself out from the cycle of time and space, but it could have never been done otherwise.”
‘Monarch Hao Yi’ changed again, turning into another Fuxi Earthly Sovereign that shocked Zhong Yue. This time, it was Dao Venerate Fu Min, the last Earthly Sovereign and the creator of Six Paths Reincarnations!
‘Dao Venerate Fu Min’ smiled, “Then, another Fuxi Earthly Sovereign came to see me. He said I have no ears so I cannot hear. Thus, he carved me a pair of ears and allowed me to listen to musics. He asked me if his work can be done and I told him of his unparalleled success that came with a great cost. He left happily in joy.”
Then, ‘Dao Venerate Fu Min’ changed to Zhong Yue’s image and smiled, “Now, are you planning to carve me a nose so I can breathe?”
Zhong Yue shook, “I am afraid I may not be that strong to affect the Chaos yet. I am just here to see Sui Sovereign’s Drawings of Heavenly Daos as well as to see the future.”
Immediately, ‘Zhong Yue’ turned back into the Chaos Divine Turtle and said, “Great Sui left his Heavenly Daos on my back, it is so heavy on me. If you can take it away then it’s yours to claim. Come up to my back.”
Zhong Yue flew up and landed on his back.
There, Zhong Yue saw the 30 pictures, resembling 30 Heavenly Daos left behind by Sui Sovereign!
Zhong Yue’s heart thumped vigorously but when he tried to study them, dizziness has rammed into his mind. He couldn’t even understand a single bit of them!
Whereas Xin Huo was saying excitedly, “Brat Yue, the 30 pictures are a Heavenly Dao each. This is known as the Tian Gang, the prime origin of the Heavenly Daos, the root of all! And this picture is known as Tian Ji, it is the mystical laws of the universe! This is the Tian Qi, all of the changes that happen in the universe! This one is called Tian Yin, it means the Yin and Yang…”
The fifth was Tian Xuan, the mysteries of life in the universe.
Then followed by Tian Ji, Tian Qiong, Tian Feng, Tian Ji, Tian Shi, Tian fang, Tian Yang, Tian Ying, Tian Xuan, Tian Mei, Tian Tai, Tai Gai, Tian Mu, Tian Qi, Tian Ting, Tian Dong, Tian Wei, Tian Pan, Tian Tan, Tian Huan, Tian Shuai, Tian Ming, and Tian Huang.
The 30 pictures resembled 30 kinds of Heavenly Daos. Each of it was marvelous on its own, they were even a level higher than the innate Daos. After all, these 30 Heavenly Daos were even beyond Xin Huo’s capability to learn and impart to the Xin Huo inheritors, thus, they could only be recorded on the Chaos Divine Turtle’s shell in hope that there would be someone that discovered it in the future.
However, even when the 30 pictures were presented before his eyes, Zhong Yue still couldn’t understand anything at all, let alone attaining anything out from them.
“Ancestor Great Sui, I am a junior whose inability has brought embarrassment to our blood. But our Heavenly Monarch lineage is dying, extinction is just a step away from us and I alone can never steer us back to our former glory. And so I plead, I plead for ancestor’s help and lend me the 30 pictures, the Drawings of Heavenly Daos.” Zhong Yue bowed and murmured, “When light shines upon our race once again, I swear with my life that I will return the Drawings of Heavenly Daos back to you!”
The Drawings of Heavenly Daos were unresponsive and Zhong Yue’s heart sank, he thought, Even Great Sui’s spirit is not here anymore…
Then suddenly, the Drawings of Heavenly Dao shone brightly, they flew up from the Chaos Divine Turtle’s shell and entered his forehead!
Inside of Zhong Yue’s psyche ocean, the 30 Drawings of Heavenly Daos were hovering in midair while emanating an unspeakable air of Dao!
“Huff, the drawings left behind by Great Sui is finally gone.” The Chaos Divine Turtle shivered its body and smiled, “Then, I am more relaxed now. Zhong Shan Clan’s little baby maker, you do not belong here, it’s time to send you away.”
Before Zhong Yue was able to take a clearer look at the Drawings of Heavenly Daos, the Chaos Divine Turtle have gnawed down at him.
Zhong Yue watched as the Chaos Divine Turtle’s mouth surrounded him and he shouted, “Hundun, you haven’t told me the future yet!”

Then, light rushed into his eyes as Zhong Yue was shot out from the fire ocean. When he regained balance again, he saw himself hovering above the fire ocean while the Chaos Divine Turtle turned around and dove back into the Chaos.
