Zhao Hongmei and Li Sangyu naturally said yes. They went on to eat about five or six plates of roasted ‘mutton’ together. The more they ate, the tastier it was. This was probably a lover’s bias. When Zhao Hongmei ate the roast mutton, she didn’t forget to praise Song Zhongsheng. She told him to sit down and eat first, then recommended delicious dishes to Li Sangyu.

After a while, Song Zhongsheng brought over a few plates of ‘roast mutton’ for them.

Zhao Hongmei didn’t have much of an appetite, so Li Sangyu finished all of this ‘roast mutton.’
Li Sangyu ate a little too much and found an excuse to go to the washroom outside.
For some reason, when Li Sangyu came out of the washroom, she heard the vague sound of a knife being sharpened, which inexplicably gave her goosebumps.
She subconsciously followed the sound and went to the dining room again. Through the kitchen’s frosted glass door, she vaguely saw a man sharpening a knife, before the shadow of a sharp long knife suddenly glinted in the frosted glass.
For some reason, Li Sangyu’s heart trembled violently when she saw the sharp blade that looked like it would spill her blood at any moment. She felt extremely uneasy and her fingers trembled slightly.
