“I am here because of you.” Zhou Huaijin answered briefly, but as he looked over Gu Chaoyan and saw Gu Yunhe, he frowned as coldness dominated his eyes. Lucky he was here today, otherwise Chaoyan would be bullied by those people again. How dare the Gu Family treat her like this – she was already the appointed Princess Consort who should never be treated in this way.
Gu Yunhe’s heart skipped a beat as he spotted Zhou Huaijin. He had not expected that Zhou Huaijin would have shown up for the Gu Family’s sake. He was Lord Huai who should have only been available at Lord Ling’s Mansion for this wedding.
