“Chaoyan is not feeling well, so I am here to visit her. We heard some noise from the inner chamber, but didn’t expect that it was you.” Zhou Huaijin answered briefly.
“I will get imperial doctors to check on her, what are you here for?!” Zhou Huailing interrogated as if Zhou Huaijin had done something he should not have.
Zhou Huaijin frowned too. He threw a cold look at him. “Chaoyan is engaged to me, and I of course should come and visit her. What is wrong with that, Crown Prince?”
They glared into each other’s eyes, looking really vicious.
Zhou Huailing sneered.
Engaged to him? He would have forgotten about this if not for his reminder.
