Huo Yao contemplated before she nodded and took the breakfast from his hand. “Sure. Just pick it up outside the alley. Tell them you are Bold Little Darling.”
Huo Yulin quietly glanced at Huo Yao when he heard this ID. He didn’t expect his little sister to use such an unusual ID for online shopping.
Huo Yao detected his gaze. She cleared her throat and explained sheepishly. “The stupid website didn’t allow me to change my nickname.”
Huo Yulin did not go on probing her and turned to go out.
Before long, Huo Yulin arrived at the alley. On his way there, he had already spotted a man wearing a cap standing at the end of the alley. He was dressed light and was holding an average-sized cardboard box in his hands.
He seemed to be the courier.
Huo Yulin walked over and asked politely. “Are you the delivery guy?”
The man with a cap raised his head and looked at Huo Yulin. He was slightly surprised before he asked. “Are you Bold Little Darling?”
Huo Yulin paused for a second before he nodded. “That is right.”
He glanced at the water-shaped logo embroidered at the edge of the cap and suddenly found it familiar. Why did he have a feeling that he had seen this logo somewhere before?
Huo Yulin narrowed his eyes thoughtfully.
The man looked at Huo Yulin a couple of times before giving him the box. He said politely, “This is your package.”
Huo Yulin felt that there was something wrong with the way the courier was looking at him, but he did not ponder over it. He simply thanked the person before walking away with the package.
The courier watched from behind and went into deep thought after Huo Yulin left. In the past, he used to think that Bold Little Darling was a middle-aged man in his thirties. He did not expect him to be so young.
More importantly, he was not showing any signs of balding.
Before long, the delivery guy shook his head and left the alley.

Huo Yulin was about to go home when he received a call from his little sister asking him to buy a bottle of soy sauce from the small shop outside.
He turned and headed to the small shop.
Since he had visited the small shop with Old Madam Yang yesterday, he knew where it was located.
After buying the soy sauce, Huo Yulin heard someone asking about Yang Yuhua as he left the place. Someone was asking how to get to her place.
Huo Yulin raised his head and looked in the direction of the voices. Two people were standing beside the small shop. One of them was probably a local resident passing by. The moment he got a close look at the person asking for directions, his face instantly looked surprised.
“Are you looking for Old Madam Yang? Just walk through the alley. Her place is the one with ivy growing all over the wall.”
The moment the neighbor finished her sentence, she looked at the visitor and asked curiously. “Are you Old Madam Yang’s relative?”
She recalled that Huo Yao came back to stay two days ago.
Lu Xia tightened her grip on her bag when the lady asked her who she was. She smiled and replied., “I am her distant relative.”
“I see.” The neighbor nodded unsuspectingly.
Lu Xia clearly looked relieved when the lady did not question her further.
Huo Yulin smiled after observing Lu Xia’s every gesture and expression. There was no cure for vanity. She did not dare to even admit that Old Madam Yang was her biological grandmother.
Lu Xia seemed to sense someone looking at her, so she turned around. The instant she saw Huo Yulin, she was so startled that she accidentally dropped her bag on the ground.
What was he doing here?
The lady helped Lu Xia to pick up her bag. “Miss, your bag.”
Lu Xia anxiously veered her eyes and quickly took her bag as she said somewhat feebly, “T-thanks.”
