Rhine Apartments.
The light and luxurious renovation of the apartment was low-key and reserved. A painting hanging on the wall was a masterpiece by a famous artist.
However, there was not a single piece of furniture in the entire apartment with a brand logo. The bright green plants were only an ordinary variety. The buds were blooming just right. The beautiful butterfly orchid stretched its slender stamens at the living room bar and the smell of artwork was drawn by the shadow of the lamp.
Qiao Nian went upstairs to take a shower and changed her clothes.
Bo Jingxing and Qin Si were both downstairs.
Her phone hung as she went downstairs. Qiao Nian paused and took it out from her pocket, looking at it leisurely.
It was Jiang Li.
She picked it up without hesitation, her voice filled with the mist from the shower. “Hello, Second Brother. What’s the matter?”
Qin Si was originally talking to Bo Jingxing. He immediately looked at Qiao Nian as if he had seen a ghost as she naturally spoke “brother”.
“Damn, I just heard Sister Qiao shout something. Am I deaf?”
Gu San brought him a bottle of Evian water from the fridge and placed it in front of him. He said expressionlessly, “Young Master Qin, there’s nothing wrong with your ears. I also heard Miss Qiao call him brother. It should be Young Master Jiang calling.”
Qin Si moved his lips and was about to say, “Of course I know it’s Jiang Li.”
He looked at Qiao Nian again with a probing and incredulous expression. He mainly wanted to know when Sister Qiao had become so close to Jiang Li. What method had Jiang Li used to make Qiao Nian call him Brother willingly?

When the man sitting beside him on the sofa heard this, his elegant and handsome face turned to them. His deep eyes seemed to hide a bottomless pool. His voice was low and seductive. “Don’t ask me. I don’t know, either. Ask Qiao Nian directly if you want to know.”
Qin Si immediately refused. “I’m not going to ask Sister Qiao. I’ll only ask if I have a problem. I’m not a gossipy woman.”
The corners of Gu San’s mouth twitched. Seeing that his expression immediately changed into a complicated one, he wanted to add, “Young Master Qin, actually, you can look in the mirror!”
Fortunately, Qin Si couldn’t hear his thoughts and did not notice his immediately rich expression.
Qin Si’s attention was all on the girl.
He saw the girl walk over from the stairs to where they were sitting. She picked up a bottle of Evian water and unscrewed the lid to drink.
After taking a sip, she placed the bottle down again. She was even more carefree than the few of them. She seemed to glance at them from the corner of her eye. Qin Si immediately sat up straight with a posture like a student who had been caught by his teacher doing something wrong.
Bo Jingxing frowned. He raised his hand and pushed the glasses on his nose bridge. “Qin Si, what are you doing? Why are you so shocked?”
There was some silence.
Only then did Qin Si realize that he had overreacted. A little embarrassed and guilty, he touched his earring and said perfunctorily, “My leg is cramping.”
Bo Jingxing said, “You’re fine sitting here, but your legs are cramping??”
