Everyone assumed Tsukimi-sensei can’t beat Noah after the last exchange. However, Noah knows it is still unknown if he can win against Usa-sensei in her serious mode.
The reason he defeated Usa-sensei when it should have been an impossible fight was due to his Annihilation Fist and his Leap giving him the sudden burst of power and speed needed to one-shot Usa-sensei.
Once Usa-sensei prepares herself for his trump cards, Noah will find it hard to pull another surprise attack like that.
He is sure he can maintain parity with Usa-sensei but beating her would be hard if she is ready and serious.
Naturally, Noah can release his Limiter but that would defeat the purpose of his training.
His suppressed power will grow on its own. It would be a shame to forfeit this passive growth.
By throwing himself into crisis and hard fights, he is sure he can grow further. His hidden powers are reserved for a crisis.
Granted, Usa-sensei might not attack them after all.

The others exchanged a look before feigning nonchalance.

Tomoe nodded. Then, she looked at Lilith and Noah before bidding goodbye.
“Let’s go back to our seats.
Tomoe brought Miyabi away.
“Yeah, let’s go back.”
Tooru said before Lilith’s curious eyes fell on him.
“You’re the other Irregular.”
“Eh?”
Tooru didn’t expect her to greet him.
“Yes, my name’s Kokonoe Tooru.”
“Ahaha.”
Lilith chuckled.
“I am interested in you.”
“Hmm?”
Tooru turned dumb for a second there.
“What was that?”
“I don’t like to repeat myself.”
Lilith shrugged.
“Too bad, I decided my Duo would be Noah. Tooru, let us fight one day and let me see your Soul.”
Lilith sat down without waiting for Tooru’s reply. She wanted him to showcase his Shield Blaze. She truly would have things go her way.
Tooru and Aoi were slightly annoyed by her attitude.
“Sorry for making you wait.”
Lilith gave him a confident smile.
“Getting up from bed took more time than anticipated.”
Noah couldn’t help but avert his gaze when she brought the bed thing up. Lilith snickered.
Imari is also annoyed that Lilith is already talking with Noah like they were an item. Julie’s ahoge also twitched.
“Y-Yea, sure, you’re not just late.”
Imari tried to sound cheerful.
“This is already the second period, you’re super late.”
“Yeah?”
Lilith mumbled.
“If Noah wasn’t here, I would have skipped school.”
“Huh?”
Imari gasped.
“Is that fine though?”
“I already finished my high school education.”
Lilith said.
“Plus, I am Special so I get to do so.”
“R-really?”
Imari couldn’t deal with her. She turned to Noah for help.
“Well, according to your logic, I don’t need to come to school too.”
Noah sighed.
“I also finished my education, except I finished my university degrees.”
“You did?”
Julie and Imari both gasped.
Lilith also didn’t expect this outcome.
He isn’t lying. He established Fairy Tail in the universe of Black Bullet. He had neither time nor resources to staff his schooling team initially.
Thus, Noah took up the mantle of the educator himself. He absorbed multiple fields of knowledge by reading intensively. With his superhuman memory and comprehension, he quickly finished his university courses.
Their current curriculum is no problem for him.
“You don’t look like you’re lying.”
Lilith exclaimed.
“As expected of someone who I shared a bed with.”
The air froze.

Noah gasped.
“T-the same bed?”
Imari forcibly laughed.
“O-Oh, I see, you two slept in the same bed?”
Julie’s reaction is even more intense.

Her red eyes wavered.
“You slept in the same bed as her?”

Julie is emitting a fearful aura.
Noah cautiously approached her.

Julie declared war on Lilith.
“Even if you’re his Duo, I will never cede the rights of bed-sharing to you.”
Lilith was amused by the challenge from this petite lady.
“Are you dictating your claims to me?”

Julie stood up before hugging Noah’s arm.
“I won’t let you have Noah!”

Lilith narrowed her eyes.

The two ladies started emitting sparks by staring down at one another.
Chu Ningyi leisurely lifted his head to stare cooly at her. She had not even called his phone, not even once. This little girl was not just an idiot. If her entire brain was not filled with seawater, what was it filled with then?
Therefore, the focus of the pair was on different points of view.
“Chu Ningyi, it’s people like you who’ll get their tongue pulled out first once you descend into hell.” Shui Anluo restrained her anger. She would lose if she flew into a rage.
“I’ve never believed in hell. Where does this tongue-pulling analogy come from? Besides, no matter how horrible I am, I’ll go to heaven. Don’t worry, I’ll bring you along with me when the time comes,” Chu Ningyi answered complacently.

Shui Anluo angrily jabbed at a voodoo doll which had the name ‘Chu Ningyi’ plastered on top of it in her mind.
This time, when they entered the car, no matter how much Chu Ningyi tried to provoke her, Shui Anluo would maintain an ‘If I don’t speak to you, you have no way of attacking me’ attitude and stared out the window.
The car stopped in front of the hospital at eight sharp. Shui Anluo pulled a face at him when she got down from the car and ran into the hospital.
Chu Ningyi, however, was in a great mood. He would feel happy whenever he saw her smile.
“Back to the office,” Chu Ningyi said in a deep voice.
Uncle Chu was taken aback. Had he not said that he had to settle some matters here? However, he did not question Chu Ningyi and turned the car around instead.
Chu Ningyi stared at the hospital as it slowly disappeared from view. How could the little girl possibly allow him to send her off if he had not said that he had to settle some matters?
When Shui Anluo stepped into the hospital, the first thing she noticed was eyes coming at her from every direction and discussions in hushed tones.
Shui Anluo stepped into the elevator, turned around and stared back at the people who were still staring at her. However, she ignored them.
Shui Anluo’s previous internship office had been taken back so she had to wait for Qiao Huihe in front of the director’s office door.
“Oh my, what’s this ancestor doing here again? Who’s she going to torture again this time?”
“Walk away, walk away. Please don’t send her to us, I’m scared of her.”
Shui Anluo watched two doctors scurry away quickly in front of her. She would be lying if she said she did not care. After all, no one liked to be treated and avoided like the plague.
Shui Anluo lowered her head and looked at the tips of her feet. Gossipy whispers would brush across her ears from time to time but she continued to keep her head down.
“Why didn’t you defend yourself?”
An icy-cold voice suddenly rang out. Shui Anluo immediately raised her head and saw Qiao Huihe, who was dressed in a black overcoat, right before her very eyes. She instinctively took a step back and said, “There’s no need.”
“Because what they’re saying is the truth!” Qiao Huihe scoffed.
Shui Anluo lowered her head. The entire Chu family loved to hit the nail on the head.
Shui Anluo took a deep breath and looked up. “Director Qiao, starting today, I…”
“Come inside.” Qiao Huihe did not wait for her to finish speaking. Instead, she opened the door and walked in.
Shui Anluo tightened the grip on her knapsack and turned around to follow her inside.
However, just as she walked in, Chu Ningyi stepped out from the corner.
Uncle Chu was standing behind him. The Young Master had asked him to turn back after a while. They then stepped into the hospital and overheard the whispers about the Young Madam but had not said a word back.
