“Next week.” Li Ming laughed. “Be patient and take it slow. But I’m telling you, acting isn’t like practicing martial arts.”
“I know. I’m only saying that I’ll try my best to do better. I can’t let the others think that a singer can’t be an actor. What I can’t stand more is to ruin your reputation, Director Li.” Shi Xiang gave a smile.
Li Ming nodded. Hearing Shi Xiang’s words, he didn’t dislike him as much as before.
Coming out of the training site, Mo Liuxi saw Ji Nuanyi and Xiao Si sitting together by the window. Ji Nuanyi was eating out of a lunchbox, while Xiao Si was watching her.
That scene was peaceful and sweet.
Suddenly, he was a little jealous of them, and started to miss a girl.
“What? Do you want a girlfriend too?” Li Ming patted him on the shoulder.
Mo Liuxi didn’t answer his question.
“Let’s go for lunch,” Li Ming said.
Mo Liuxi didn’t move. Li Ming looked at him confusedly, then heard him responding lazily, “You’re right. I just saw those sweet love birds, and now I need to have lunch with an old man like you. That’s boring.”
Li Ming didn’t know what to say.
“I think I’m gonna go home and have some noodles,” Mo Liuxi said upsettingly.
“Get the hell out of my sight,” Li Ming said through clenched teeth.

On Monday morning, a nanny van sent Yan Su to the entrance of her school.
Yan Su shrank in her seat, not wanting to move.
Jiaojiao thought she was in a daze. “This is your school,” she said, reminding Yan Su. “You can leave now. If you move quickly, you can still make it to class at ten.”
Yan Su suddenly sighed and said, “What events do we have recently? Accept all invitations for me, like going to small cities to sing, or for fashion shows.”
Jiaojiao looked at her with surprise and said, “Didn’t you ask me to reduce your workload as much as possible? Didn’t you say that you needed to focus on studying? Why the sudden change?”
Yan Su didn’t respond.
She had no choice. If she had too much free time, she might run into Mo Liuxi.
“I want to make more money,” she said.
Jiaojiao didn’t seem to believe that. “Didn’t you say you don’t need much money as you’re living alone? You said that you used to be short of money, but now you make so much that you don’t even know how to spend it?”
Yan Su didn’t know how to explain. She spent some time to try and gather words. “The others are all working hard. I want to work hard while I’m still young too.”
‘Don’t worry. Miss. Xiang will arrange your schedule for you. Currently, you should build a solid foundation. As for the other things, you should stay patient.” Jiaojiao comforted her.
Yan Su slowly got off the van, put on a mask, then walked into the school.
In the middle of class, she received a message from Luosang, ‘Are you in school? I’m in school too. Let’s have lunch together.’
Yan Su was delighted. She hadn’t seen Luosang for a long time. ‘Sure,’ she replied to the message.
Luosang —’Let’s go and have roast fish. Oh dear. I haven’t had roast fish for a long time. I’m going crazy.’
Yan Su agreed.
Once the class was over, Yan Su went to the broadcasting department for Luosang. Luosang was wearing a loose-fitting hoodie, looking like a pregnant lady. No one would say anything about it though. Many people knew that she had married Nian Junting.
People were jealous of her. After all, Nian Junting was so rich and powerful.
Luosang excitedly gave Yan Su a big hug. “You never visit me! I’m so bored staying at the villa every day.”
“How can you be bored if you’re with Mr. Nian every day?” Yan Su said jokingly.
“Please don’t mention him.” Luosang waved a hand with a bitter smile. “He is handsome indeed, but if you see him every day, he starts to look like nothing more than a chubby comedy star.”
