In these three years, Jian Yiling also visited many other places. Therefore, in total, she spent roughly half the time on this island.

“Over there,” Jian Yiling said as she pointed to the topmost floor of a building in the distance.
“Can I go and check it out later?”
“Mhmm,” Jian Yiling replied. However, there wasn’t much to see in her room.
“What do you usually do on the island?”
“Experiments.”

As Jian Yiling drove to the back of the hospital, Zhai Yunsheng noticed a tree that had been half cut.
All the other trees around the area appeared to be fine. However, just that one tree was chopped down. It was very strange to see.
Furthermore, the person who chopped this tree evidently wasn’t a skilled tree lopper. Instead, the chops appeared to be at random.
“What happened to that tree?” Zhai Yunsheng asked out of curiosity.
“Brother Yunmo cut it down,” Jian Yiling answered.
“Your brother likes to chop trees?” This didn’t seem like something that Jian Yunmo would do.
“When Brother Yunmo is angry, he goes and chops down trees.”
“Angry? What made him angry?”
“My engagement made him angry.”

Zhai Yunsheng took another look at the tree that had suffered a great deal.

Then, Jian Yiling and Zhai Yunsheng arrived at the main entrance of Lahaisen Hospital.
The main entrance of Lahaisen Hospital was deserted. No one else was there but them.
Typically, other than the members of Lahaisen Hospital, only patients and their family members would visit this place. As a result, at most, only three outsiders would be present.
Hence, this place was rather deserted and quiet.
Today was one of the more crowded days on the island.
Jian Yiling entered the hospital with Zhai Yunsheng.
There was a very large waiting space in the hospital. Lahaisen Hospital was no different from other hospitals in this aspect.

As of now, the door of the room was closed. Only Zhai Yunsheng and Jian Yiling were in the room.
“Do you know how dangerous this is?”
Zhai Yunsheng approached Jian Yiling and glanced down at her. There was a wicked smile on his face.
“It’s not dangerous. The equipment here is very safe,” Jian Yiling explained. “You just need to lie on the bed. You don’t need to do anything else. I will handle the rest.”
“I’m not talking about the equipment.”
“I’m not dangerous either. I’m very skilled at these things,” Jian Yiling assured Zhai Yunsheng.
It seemed as though she assessed everything in the room other than him.
