After Zhai Yunsheng said that, he rolled up his window and started up his car. Then, he drove away from the river bank.
As Yao Moping watched Zhai Yunsheng’s car leave, her hand tightened on the drink that she was holding.
Then, she took out her phone and made a call: “Did you take the photos? Okay, send them to Jian Yiling.”

Jian Yiling received a set of photos from an unknown number.
The people in the photos were Zhai Yunsheng and Yao Moping. Both of them were near the river bank.
Based on the photos, the two of them appeared to be very close to each other. They appeared to be behaving intimately as well.
Jian Yiling did not know the photos were taken at a deliberate angle. From a special angle, two people that had quite a bit of distance between them could look like they were right next to each other.
Jain Yiling stared at the photos for quite some time.
Then, she thought about Zhai Yunsheng’s abnormal behavior today. He didn’t tell her where he was going. He just left… He left to go to the riverbank with Yao Moping…
For some strange reason, Jian Yiling’s heart did not feel comfortable. She did not know why she was feeling this way.
However, she was not happy.
She was not happy because of these photos.
But she did not understand why. Why did these photos make her so uncomfortable? These photos did not mean much in the first place.
Jian Yiling put down her phone and tried to direct her attention back to her work.
However, she quickly realized that she was unable to focus on her work anymore.
The photos kept coming up in her mind.
Was Zhai Yunsheng still by the riverbank?
Was he still with Yao Moping?
What were they doing by the riverbank?
Were they talking?
But why were they talking by the riverbank at night?
Why didn’t he tell her about this?
All of a sudden, many questions appeared in Jian Yiling’s mind.
Jian Yiling wanted to call Zhai Yunsheng. However, after a second thought, she decided against that.
At ten o’clock, Zhai Yunsheng finally arrived home.
This was the time he used to set for Jian Yiling to finish her work. Typically, by ten o’clock, Jian Yiling was already resting in her room. He assumed that today would be no exception.
However, when he entered the apartment, he saw Jian Yiling seated in the living room.
When he entered the room, Jain Yiling glared at him. Her eyes were red however, it did not seem like it was because she had stayed up all night.
“What’s wrong?” Zhai Yunsheng softly asked as he quickly walked over to Jian Yiling.
“I don’t know,” Jian Yiling replied. She did not know why she was feeling this way.
“You don’t know?” Zhai Yunsheng repeated. He realized that Jian Yiling’s tone and demeanor were significantly different from usual.
It was as though she had gotten bullied.
“Who bullied you?” Zhai Yunsheng asked. All of a sudden, his voice had some anger in it.
“You,” Jian Yiling replied.
“Me? I bullied you?”
In order to not bully her, he left his apartment at night.
However, as soon as he entered the apartment, he was accused by Jian Yiling.
“Mhmm!”
“If I were to bully you, then I wouldn’t have…” Zhai Yunsheng started. Then, he looked at Jian Yiling’s phone that was on the coffee table. The photo of him and Yao Moping were still shown on the screen.
The photos were taken from a very good angle. It made it appear as though the two people in the photo were very close to each other.
Zhai Yunsheng froze for a moment.
For now, he didn’t care about who sent the photos to Jian Yiling.
But… Was she upset just now because of…
“Yiling, were you upset because of these photos?”
“Mhmm!”
“You don’t like me being with another woman?”
“I don’t like it.”

Jian Yiling’s response was incredibly straightforward.
Zhai Yunsheng looked at Jian Yiling in a daze. After a while, he began to smile.
Then, his eyes began to become moist.
