He Yan could no longer hide the sour taste in her words.

“Previously, the person who was responsible for Master Liang’s company had contacted us. They wanted us to provide relevant technical support. However, after our analysis, we realized that we could not meet Master Liang’s standards and requirements. Due to this reason, we had to refuse such an arrangement.”
Qin Shixuan wanted to collaborate with Master Liang’s company. However, his Institution was unable to meet the standard that Master Liang required.
