Jian Yiling continued to count down.

In front of He Yan’s house, Yu Xi was waiting anxiously in his car.
Today, he had suddenly received a call from Jian Yiling. She had requested for him to pick her up and drop her off at a particular location.
Yu Xi had meekly followed her request. He didn’t question the reason behind this.
On his way out of the Yu Residence, Master Sheng had also gotten into his car.
However, once again, Yu Xi didn’t dare to question Master Sheng.
As such, both of them were now waiting in the car on the side of the road.
Jian Yiling had asked him to bring her here. However, he didn’t know the intentions behind her actions.
Initially, he wanted to go into He Yan’s house with her.
However, her attitude had been quite unyielding. She didn’t allow anyone to follow her. Not even Zhai Yunsheng.
As he waited for Jian Yiling, Yu Xi kept pondering about the situation. Jian Yiling was going to visit He Yan. In a sense, there was really nothing to worry about.
However, it just felt like something was off. The situation today was quite strange.
The longer Yu Xi waited, the more anxious he became. He couldn’t help but get out of the car and start pacing back and forth.
After half an hour had passed, Jian Yiling finally came out of He Yan’s house.
She calmly got onto the back seat of the car.
Zhai Yunsheng was seated next to her. He had been leaning against his seat with his eyes half-opened. Compared to Yu Xi, he appeared to be much more relaxed.
When Jian Yiling had gotten into the car, Zhai Yunsheng’s eyes widened a little. He turned his head to take a good look at Jian Yiling.
Yu Xi quickly got onto the driver’s seat. He turned around and asked Zhai Yunsheng and Jian Yiling:
“So, where are we going now?”
Zhai Yunsheng didn’t reply. He was waiting for Jian Yiling to answer.
However, before Jian Yiling could open her mouth, her vision went blank. Then, she suddenly collapsed.
Zhai Yunsheng caught Jian Yiling in his arms.
When he touched her forehead, he realized that she was burning up.
Jian Yiling had run out of the hospital before her gastroenteritis had gotten better. As a result, her sickness had once again triggered a high fever.
“What happened?” Yu Xi asked. He appeared to look quite worried.
“Drive us to the hospital,” Zhai Yunsheng ordered.
