Long Yuetian also intentionally put her attention into the conversation with Cheng Yi. She wanted to use the conversation to reduce Zhai Zhongshen’s influence as she wanted to ignore his presence as much as possible.
“So you like rock climbing as well?” Cheng Yi asked. He realized he had a common hobby with Long Yuetian.
“Mhmm, on average, I go once a month.”
“Really? I’ve just visited the rock climbing base over at Huarong Mountain last month.”
“I’ve been there as well. The difficulty of that climb is quite high. Did you manage to climb to the top?”
“It took a few tries to get there.”
“I only managed to succeed in my second attempt as well.”
Long Yuetian and Cheng Yi continued their conversation happily.
Somewhere during the conversation, Cheng Yi invited Long Yuetian to go rock climbing on the weekend.
Long Yuetian agreed to go because she was planning to go there this weekend anyways. She didn’t mind someone else tagging along.
At this moment, Jian Yiling and Luo Xiuen walked out of the kitchen.
“Uncle Zhai,” Jian Yiling greeted Zhai Zhongshen.
“Hello,” Zhai Zhongshen replied. His voice was deep and imposing as always.
When Long Yuetian heard Zhai Zhongshen’s voice, the thoughts inside her head began to become muddled again.
Long Yuetian turned her head to ask Luo Xiuen and Jian Yiling: “We’re going rock climbing this weekend, do you want to come with us?”
“If I wasn’t pregnant, I’d definitely join you guys. However, Yiling and I have a bunch of people watching us at the moment. They definitely wouldn’t allow us to go rock climbing. At most, we can only watch on the sidelines.”
And even if she wasn’t pregnant, she didn’t plan to intrude on her friend’s date.
“Ahh true, how did I forget about that,” Long Yuetian laughed.
As Zhai Yunsheng entered the room, he also heard the conversation between Long Yuetian and Luo Xiuen.

“Well, since everyone is free, let’s go rock climbing together this weekend. I will decide on a location and invite some other people from the Jian family,’ Zhai Yunsheng continued. In order to bring Jian Yiling along, Zhai Yunsheng knew he had to invite a few of the Jian brothers.
Now that Jian Yiling stayed at home, the Jian brother’s visits came in shifts. Jian Yuncheng allocated everyone a shift according to their availability and every day, there were at least two of them accompanying Jian Yiling. Zhai Yunsheng couldn’t get rid of them even if he wanted to.
“Sounds like a good idea,” Jian Yiheng commented. He just finished exercising. He was interested in anything related to fitness.
Jian Yumin also expressed his approval: “Sounds good. I will bring my wife along. I’ll participate in rock climbing whilst my wife watches. That’s not a problem right?”
“Not… A problem…” Luo Xiuen replied slowly as she looked sympathetically at Cheng Yi.
Brother Cheng Yi… I’m sorry about this. I can’t help you out here.
Cheng Yi thought to himself: Ahhh why did Zhai Yunsheng have to ruin his plans?
After thinking about it a bit further, Cheng Yi realized that even though there were going to be more people present, he still had a chance to get along with Miss Long.
Before eating, Long Yuetian got up to go to the bathroom.
Just as she was about to enter the bathroom, a tall figure suddenly appeared and blocked her way.
When she looked up, she saw Zhai Zhongshen.
Long Yuetian took a step back as Zhai Zhongshen stood still and looked at her.
“Is there something wrong?” Long Yuetian asked whilst looking elsewhere. For some reason, she did not dare to look directly into his eyes.
