Qu Zhen spoke plausibly and described his betrayal of the Zhai family as a forced and helpless act.

Upon hearing this response, Zhai Yunsheng said to Qu Zhen and Sheng Yingying: “Did the two of you hear that? Yiling wants to settle this matter with you guys.”
Once again, Qu Zhen attempted to convince Zhai Yunsheng: “Master Sheng, there’s really no need to do this. We can just walk different paths in the future.
