The long jacket reached Chi Jiao’s thighs. She blushed and lowered her head to avoid meeting his eyes, then said in a faint voice, “Brother Quan, I’m done changing. Let’s go?”
Quan Jue didn’t notice her awkwardness. He nodded obediently and held her hand. He brought her out of the villa and towards the forest behind it.
There were small paths in the forest, so it wasn’t difficult to walk. Chi Jiao followed him obediently and asked in confusion, “Brother Quan, where are we going?”
Quan Jue turned around and met her puzzled face. The smile in his eyes deepened as he said, “Come with me. You’ll know soon.”
Chi Jiao held his hand tightly as they continued forward. After passing through the forest, they arrived at a cave by the sea.
The cave was lit up. There was a huge lake in its depths. The sparkling water reflected light, and the entire cave was filled with a mysterious color.
