Chi Jiao gave up the bed to Quan Jue after the two of them finished breakfast. She then left the ward and went next door after reminding him to rest well.
Jiang Dashan’s ward was next door. Many powerful Espers from 117 were guarding outside in order to protect him.
Zhan Tingting was among them.
The moment she saw Chi Jiao, she smiled and called out, “Boss, you’re awake? Did you get a good rest?”
“I’m fine. I rested very well. It’s been hard on you guys. It’s almost time for the shift change. You guys should go back and rest after this.” Chi Jiao narrowed her eyes after everyone nodded. “Has Jiang Dashan woken up?”
“He just woke up. Boss, you don’t know how cowardly Jiang Dashan is. He has been screaming in fear ever since he woke up. In the end, we had no choice but to call the doctor over.
