Mo Yuan patted Mo Rao’s shoulder with a gratified expression. “Yes! We have to be tough! Qu Rou? We’re not afraid of her!”
After Mo Yuan vented his anger, he returned to his usual shrewd and capable self and walked out of the dressing room with Mo Rao.
“Director Zheng, I’m ready. We can start filming at any time.”
Director Zheng looked up and sized up Mo Rao’s makeup before giving her a thumbs up.
“Not bad! This makeup style looks pretty!”
As the staff around watched Mo Rao and Director Zheng’s interaction, they calmed down.
After Mo Rao finished filming a scene, there was suddenly a commotion at the entrance of the set.
The surrounding staff looked up at the door. Director Zheng frowned and looked over impatiently.
She saw Qu Rou wearing a pair of sunglasses and walking in arrogantly. Beside her, there were two assistants holding many things in their hands. It seemed that they were prepared for Qu Rou.
“Her entrance is even grander than our female lead’s!” Someone said softly.
Mo Yuan had arrived beside Mo Rao and looked at Qu Rou with a dark expression, his eyes filled with disdain.
Even if they offered a grand entrance for Rao Rao, she wouldn’t want it!
After Qu Rou reached out and took off her sunglasses with a pretentious expression, she sized up the set and walked towards Director Zheng.
“Hello, Director Zheng. I’m Qu Rou. Nice to meet you.”
Qu Rou said gently with a smile.
However, Director Zheng clearly didn’t fall for Qu Rou’s tricks. His expression was still ugly.
“This is the production team! It’s not a market! Why are you making such a fuss? Can’t you come in quietly? What are you doing with such a big fanfare?!”
