Those eyes were peachy when landing on the latter. “You alone should be enough to protect those around you. I will stay and keep this lady company since she is still a guest after all.”
The river boat was mainly divided into two compartments here. Since Mu Leng wanted to play the dividing faction card now of all times, it has come into a situation where two underlying parties made up the entirety of the guest list. “Hold it!” Mu Ling actually grew furious and snapped after seeing a monster appearing. This was tantamount to being slapped in the face because she did proclaim there couldn’t possibly be a monster in the river.
Perhaps aware of the oncoming attack from the third party, the creature swimming underneath the water actually surfaced its head to reveal its true face. There are two horns on the head, with scaly skin that glistened under the sunlight, this creature looked downright ferocious with its sharp canine teeth barring at the impudent wench.
