A few strands of fine hair fell over her face, covering her features. Tucking her hair behind her ears, she turned to smile at him. “Yes, I did.”
“Who brought you there?”
“Su Zhe.”
Gu Mohan pursed his lips and frowned.
“I haven’t seen you in a day and you’re already meeting up with your ex-fiancé? You’re not allowed to have any contact with him the future. Are you trying to make me unhappy?”
He sounded so possessive. If it were yesterday, Tang Mo’er would have felt it was a sweet gesture. But now… “Mr Gu, don’t try to change the topic. I don’t intend on giving birth. Ever. Is that a problem for you?
Gu Mohan narrowed his eyes. “What if I don’t think that’s possible?”
The smile on Tang Mo’er’s face faded. With cold eyes, she pushed him away forcefully. “So that’s how it is. Mr Gu, let’s just break up.”
She turned around to leave.
However, the man used his palms and grabbed her wrist roughly. “Tang Mo’er, this is the third time. The third time you want to break up with me.”
Tang Mo’er turned back and gave him an icy stare. “Let go of me!”
Gu Mohan refused.
“Didn’t you take notice of me three years ago?”
“Yes.”
“Do you want me to bear a child for you?”
“Yes.”
“And you want to take my child’s umbilical cord to give An’an a bone marrow transplant?”
Gu Mohan was silent for a moment and he nodded his head. “Yes.”
Slap!
Gu Mohan’s handsome face was thrown to the side as she slapped him with as much force as she had. The woman laughed coldly, her lips curling into a derisive sneer. “Gu Mohan, take that as an awakening from me to you. I have no idea if it’s simply because you think I’m some kind of saint, or merely a lowly simpering fool, but you can dream on if you want to use my child to save others.”
The man turned around. He frowned and his face was somber. “Tang Mo’er, go back first. We’ll talk later, alright?”
Tang Mo’er let out a mocking laugh before continuing, “Gu Mohan, do you not understand the words of a human? We’ve broken up. Broken up. Do you understand?”
“You want to break up? Then you should wake up from your dream.”
F*ck! This man is taking things too far!
“Gu Mohan, look at me.” Tang Mo’er poked her chest. “I’m the tragedy created by the previous generation. My parents never loved me and it made me question myself more times than I can count. Why was even born in the first place? Why? If I give birth to a child just to save a woman, can you even comprehend how pitiful the child is? That child is innocent!”
Gu Mohan looked at the angry woman. She was triggered to the point her eyes were red and sparking in rage. Even the hardest shell would not be able to hide her soft tender heart. Pushing away her arms, he her pulled her towards him and kissed her lips.
Tang Mo’er froze when he kissed her. He still had the guts to kiss her?
With all the expertise of a seasoned veteran, his long tongue had already forced its way past her teeth, pushing, caressing, domineering. The man’s masculine aura had immediately electrified her nerves and she almost found herself responding. Sadly she still found herself in love with his kiss. His lips. Him.
Tang Mo’er’s eyelashes fluttered and she bit his tongue forcefully.
A faint taste of metallic copper lingered about their mouths. The man did not let go of her, instead, his powerful tongue forced its way deeper around her delicate mouth, entangling with her tongue with a mind of its own.
She used her hands and feet to kick him, however she failed to kick his muscular body away at all. He was like an impenetrable wall. Feeling helpless, hot tears started to trickle down her face. Choking on her tears, she said, “Gu Mohan, please don’t bully me. There’s more than enough people bullying me.”
