Chapter 410: Making Promise…
“I see. So my wife wants to do something for her husband and her little brother in law,” Lu Qiang asked.
Jiang Yuyan nodded, “Hmm and it’s going to be a surprise so you are not allowed to see it.”
“Okay, I won’t.”
“So, when can I come back here? Tomorrow?” Jiang Yuyan asked.
“Who said we are going back?”
Jiang Yuyan asked not being sure about it, “Are we going to stay here?”
“Hmm! Until you finish your work.”
A wide smile painted on her face and she couldn’t help but hug Lu Qiang, “Thank you so much.”
Lu Qiang hugged her back and said, “What for? This is our home and you can be here whenever you want.”
“I know but we hardly come here and stay more in Lu Mansion so I thought it would be not possible to be here for few more days.”
“Right but if there is something that you would like to it only here, you can be here anytime and later we can go back to Lu Mansion,” Lu Qiang replied.
Thinking about something, Jiang Yuyan lifted her head up to look at him and asked, “After our wedding, are we going to stay here?”
“Where would you like to stay?” Lu Qiang asked while looking back at her.
Not thinking about it much, Jiang Yuyan answered, “I would like to stay in Lu Mansion as the whole family is there and we can come here once in a while.”
Hearing her, Lu Qiang smiled as he was happy to hear it and said, “I am glad that you want the same thing as me.”
“I like to be there with the family as here it would be lonely if we stay here always.”
Letting her go from his embrace Lu Qiang said, “Hmm! Moreover, I don’t want to make grandpa sad as it’s his wish that all the family members should be together always and his wish is always a priority for me and my father.”
“It’s really a nice wish. Who won’t like to be together when the family is so sweet like this?”
“That’s right and all the credit for this goes to my grandfather. He always taught us to be together even if there were bad days in the family. He always said, family comes first and other things later.”
“I agree with him.”
“I too and I want to keep his thoughts alive always. One day, when we will have our kids, I want them to follow it too.”
“They will.”
“Yuyan!” suddenly Lu Qiang called her name and there was a change in his voice indiacting he was going to say something serious.
Jiang Yuyan understood it and looked at him being ready to hear attentively, “Hmmm?”
Holding her hands and caressing the back of her palm, Lu Qiang said, “I never asked anything from you but today, can I?”
“Of course you can,” Jiang Yuyan said staring in his calm-looking eyes with her assuring ones.
“I want a promise from you.”
“Tell me.”
“I wish my wife to help me keep grandpa’s dream alive. I want you to keep this family as one whether I am around or not,” Lu Qiang said as if all this depended on her.
Skipping everything Lu Qiang said before, Jiang Yuyan just captured the last line as in her heart she felt it was not right. “What is the meaning of this? Where are you going?”
Seeing her anxious expressions, Lu Qiang laughed, “Haha! I am not going anywhere, it was just to tell you, how much I mean it and how much importance grandpa’s dream hold for me.”
“The thing that is important for you is important for me too so I promise you that I will always be responsible for fulfilling grandpa’s dream.”
Hearing it, Lu Qiang put forward his baby finger, “Promise?”
Holding his baby finger with hers, Jiang Yuyan replied, “Pinky promise.”
“This promise is meant to be not broken ever,” said Lu Qiang.
“I know as one such promise you made to me when we were kids and you fulfilled it, so this time I made a promise to you and I promise you to never break my promise.”
“That’s like my woman.” Saying Lu Qiang hugged her tightly.
“Rest assured, I will always take care of everything that is important to you,” Jiang Yuyan said while hugging him tightly and Lu Qiang smiled.
After being apart, she asked, “When can I start work?”
“Whenever you will feel like to?”
“I will start it today as just a few days left.
“Okay! First, let’s go inside and rest for a while as it must be a hectic day for you.”
“Not much but I would like to rest for a while.”
Once they left the art room and went to the lawn, Jiang Yuyan’s sight noticed something and she stepped towards it in a hurry. Lu Qiang understood what was it and let her go while following her with his normal pace admiring her who was happy like a kid.
“I never saw these bunnies here before,” Jiang Yuyan said while sitting down to see those bunnies, not being able to control how happy she was.
There were around ten bunnies that were playing around while eating.
“They were never here before. I asked the butler to bring them as I thought you will like them,” Lu Qiang replied standing there with his hands tucked in his pant’s pocket.
“Yeah! I really like them.” Holding one of the bunnies, she said, “Who won’t like these cute things?”
“I already have one cute thing with me so it’s hard for me to find other things cute.”
“And what is that.”
“The cute cow, sitting in front of me,” Lu Qiang replied.
“You still call me a cow? I don’t eat that much now as I have to keep my belly flat to look good in my wedding dress,” Jiang Yuyan said while putting the bunny in her hand down and trying to feed him a carrot.
“Eat as much as you want, don’t bother with a wedding dress as you will look only pretty however you are,” Lu Qiang said.
“You are saying it because you are blinded by love for me.”
Lu Qiang just smiled and dropped the argument there.

Note- Last week we all maintained a rank in the top 15, I hope till the end of this month, we will be in top 10 when Lu Qiang won’t be between us.. Also, if we are in the top 10, then mass release at the end of this month… Keep voting..
