Totally understanding of the reason behind her being muddled, Virus explained, “Well, basically, their method’s the same. But you see, our future civilization couldn’t use that name since this universe doesn’t have ‘Qi’ as we do not cultivate Qi in the first place. Instead, what we cultivate is called ‘Dark Energy’. So it would’ve been strange to call the first cultivation stage of this universe ‘Qi Passage Opening’ while we’re not cultivating Qi, but rather Dark Energy! As a result, expanding their horizons even further, the people of my previous world decided to not limit themselves like that and instead granted the first stage a ‘multiversal’ name where it could be used in any multiverse! Since every universe has a form of energy… thus, they decided to call the first stage ‘Energy Disentanglement’.”
“Oh… that totally makes sense! It’s amazing how humanity didn’t limit themselves by giving it a universal name… instead, they gave it a multiversal name! How awesome!” With her eyes glimmering in intense adoration, she praised.
Not caring about her praise of the people of his past world, however, Virus continued, “Yeah… anyway, this ‘Energy Disentanglement’ stage, which is also known as the ‘Qi Passage Opening’ stage, consists of twelve levels!”
“Or to be more exact, each level is about one ‘Energy Pathway’, meaning, there are ‘Twelve Energy Pathways’ within a normal human body!” He added shortly before mouthing the rest, “And these ‘twelve energy pathways’ are interconnected as they travel almost throughout the entire frame of the body! However, the connection between them is tangled up and twisted in ‘twelve spots’!”
After a momentary stop at this point in order to allow the golden beauty to digest everything, he carried on in a serious manner, “Now… if these entanglements are all disentangled, extricated, and untwined entirely… they would be capable of forming a complete network of interconnected Energy Pathways, simply, they would be whole! And with that, a cultivator would be capable of fully circulating the energy within his body! In another term, he will be able to complete a full circulation on the entirety of the frame of his physique.”
After that, he expounded further, “However, even if a single knot or entanglement remains within the Energy Pathways, doing a complete circulation would be literally impossible as the movement would be stopped at the said knot and the circulation wouldn’t be perfected!”

And later on, the very moment all of the knots are disentangled and untwined, a single circulation will be finished and the cultivator would thus naturally enter what the Cultivation Multiverse of Qi calls the Qi Circulation Stage!” Virus concluded casually.

“Un… Alright. So… in short, what you have to do is to untwine all of the entanglements… and each time you extricate and disentangle a knot, you would progress one level in your cultivation stage… is that correct, master?” She inquired eagerly while waiting for his confirmation.
“Yes, that’s correct.” Was Virus’ patient response.
“Hmm… here’s another question for you… how does one untwine or untwist these knots? Do we, for example, draw the energy from the world and hammer that energy against the knots or something?” She questioned with glowing eyes while waiting for his response.
With a burst of laughter, Virus started elaborating patiently, “Haha… not at all, the first stage has nothing to do with absorbing the energy of the world and our surroundings. Each Energy Pathway reserves a limited amount of energy that we carry with ourselves from the moment of our birth. All we have to do is to lead those energies on the related knot itself and keep it there. Just like that, those energies slowly disentangle the said knot as they have a unique property of untwining those obstructions naturally and gradually over a period of time.”
He also didn’t forget to add, “Of course… how long exactly this untwining process would require entirely depends on two facts, first, how much Energy reserve that person has within his Energy Pathways and second, how badly the twelve connections are knotted and obstructed.”
“Oh… so do those two qualities differ within each person’s body?” Already able to guess the answer, the golden beauty questioned just to make sure.
“Yes, exactly. We could say how much energy reserve a person possesses or how badly his or her pathways are knotted is totally up to the heavens. These two facts also decide the talent of each person on this stage.” He clarified passively.
Exhilaration literally emitting off her eyes, she voiced while smiling charmingly, “Oh, I see. So that’s the Energy Disentanglement stage… it’s simply astonishing! I can’t wait to start my own cultivation now, to be honest.”
After cracking up, he also didn’t forget to mention, “Haha… I look forward to that day, Lil Belle.
